Very east to set up, good night vision, sends emails to you whenever there is movement, view live on phone. /had a little trouble setting up on phone call support solved very quickly and as always no charge.

This is a great product easy to set-up had a few issues with setting up to view on my cell phone. Called customer support, they were very good in helping with my issue.

Used in my daughter's store. Has already prevented 2 shoplifters from stealing since installation on Jan 6th, 2017. As soon as they saw they were being monitoring they dropped everything and left the store. The video is very clear and can be used to identify anyone.

These are my first cameras and they are easy to use and to install

I love this system. It works great and I don't have to worry about batteries. Everything needed was included. Only took maybe 2-3 hours to plan and install.

I'm loving the product. It gets good quality video. Can't figure out the sound yet. But that's something I won't use.

Received it in a reasonable time. Set up was easy and so far no problems.

These cameras have better picture quality then what I was expecting. Might get another down the road

the reviews were of 3 consumers prior to my decision to buy. The price of 258.00 alongside 3 positive reviews (5 stars) assisted in my decision making; glad I decided to buy these.

It's a pretty good camera, just wish I'd of went wireless

I purchase these cameras as a Christmas gift. When my husband went to install the cameras all 7 of them work except 1. He checked all of the wires did all of the troubleshooting and it didn't work. I called Swan contact center and they suggested I go to Best Buy since I purchased it from them and if they couldn't help to call them back and they would assist. I went to Best Buy and they didn't have these cameras in stock or anywhere Within a 25 mile radius. They said if they did have one in stock they would easily switch out one camera for a new one. I asked customer service at Best Buy if they can order another set of the cameras to the store and when they receive it if I can go swap it out and they told me know which makes absolutely no sense. So Since they didn't have any I am still left with one camera that doesn't work and now I have to pay for shipping fees to send it to Swan for them to send me a new one this is exactly why I never shop at Best Buy. They could have easily ordered a new set and me swap it out for a new one. I should not have to be paying for shipping fees for the inconvenience of a brand new camera set that I purchased from Best Buy and one doesn't work.
