Good quality cameras. Very easy to set up and operate. Good value for the amount of cameras received.

The camera and dvr are easy to hook up, but in order to install and conceal wiring, requires some time. Best Buy only stands behind this product for 15 days, which I was unaware of. I bought a extra camera at time of purchase, just incase I needed another. When I finally finished with installation, the last camera out of the box was defective. Best Buy would not stand behind it, and I had to pay to ship to manufacturer. The camera was found to be defective, and replaced, but not reimbursed for return shipping.The turn around time was more than a week. Then when I try and return the extra camera, Best Buy would not refund purchased price, because it had been longer than 15 days. Even thou it had never been out of the box. All of this leads me to wonder just how good of a product this is, and how well customer service will stand behind their product.

it was a good purchase that i did but the length of the camera cables was not enough as these cameras for business , and need to put them in all over the place in order to have complete and full control . the quality was good specially because it's HD quality.

works very well and is a great devices and great asset for any home or buisness as well easy too operate ,it will catch criminal activty or what ever your looking for to use it for it is simply the the greatest security device on the on the maket

Easy to set up for a hard wired system. I didn't want anyone to hack into a wireless system, Purchased so we could remote view, haven't got to work, instructions in book are not helpful- basically on your own- I am pretty "techie" and lots of difficulty setting this up.- still haven't got it to work. Night vision is poor you must have a source of light coming from somewhere. Put a camera on the side of the house- see everything great with sun shining, absolutely nothing can be seen as soon as it is dark. I live in town and have a street light in front of our house. The cameras that are on the front yard are okay. If a bugler came in the middle of the night not so sure you could identify them if it dark outside.

Good system for the price. I picked it up on sale for $399.99. The hardest part of the installation was running the wires through the attic to the various mounting locations for the cameras. I had to purchase 3 additional 100' cables because the 60' cables simply were not long enough. I wish it came with 4 cables of 75'-100'. Night vision is ok in total darkness, but with some ambient dusk to dawn lighting its greatly improved. Overall im happy with the purchase.

Very satisfied with my purchase, great control when I'm away from my business. I can either watch live or playback certain time later on! Very simple installation! Highly recommended!!!

The set up was very easy to follow. The cameras provide an excellent view of the area. I am able to record several days and even go back and capture a picture. Great quality.

These are extremely easy to install if you have a tile ceiling but I find it rather hard to install through things like drywall.

We set this up in about 2 hours. The cameras were easy to install and the wiring was fairly easy. We now have 8 cameras monitoring our house from all sides. Great product.

I was considering getting the 8 channel, 4 camera system, did the math on adding 4 more cameras and it was an easy decision to go with the 9 channel with 8 cameras. I am very happy with the system. The 9th channel will come in handy. I have the entire property covered, all windows doors and even the deck and driveway. I only wanted it to have a couple of wider angled cameras included. The installation went great, you just have to have easy access to the back of the dvr, I installed it in a cabinet, and was hard to reach to plug everything in, that was my fault. I really like to be able to see everything on my phone, just would like access from my work computer. I can't figure that out. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

good home camera system to add to current security system, once set up it is easy to use, SWANN customer service is excellent and they are very helpful in setting up the system so it can be accessed from home, ipad and i phone.

Got these cameras because I needed to have surveillance at my house! Will do the job! Quality could be better though! Setup is hard as well! Overall it is a good product!

we like this security systemfor the fact that it had 9 cameras we try others and wasn't happy with them this way we can review the DVD and see what's going on when we are away from the home that is our main goal we like the idea the veiwingof it

Since day one this have been nothing but great. Way better then the other two system I had which I paid 1200 dollar for. This one works very good even at night. Plus hooks right up to your HDTV . But most of all very easy to operate
