Would not work in our house
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st GEEK Squad installers were great ( David Ortiz). System would not work in our house. A Pro (Brett) was assigned to come to our house and ascertain what kind of system would work. He called on the assigned day, asked some questions and then said he would call back when he got to his office. That was at 11:30AM on 12/14/17. It’s now 12/22/17 and we have not heard from him. I doubt seriously that I will purchase anything from Best Buy in the future. I will certainly let people I come in contact with know how I was treated by your company company. We will be purchasing our camera system from another company

You do have to run wires for the cameras, but that's a small price to pay for the piece of mind. I really like that I can access the cameras/DVR with my phone - I can see what's happening from nearly anywhere. Excellent value for the cost.

Great for a beginner security system

You can set it on motion or record 24/7. The only problem I have is it takes a minute or two to be able to view on phone. Must be my Wi-Fi but I have not looked into it, or the app.

Good Security System
