Opened up and DOA

And, nothing just sits on loading/starting up screen forever. Even left it overnight and nothing at all. Got an RMA # to return and have fixed/replaced. Haven't sent in yet (have a year), had to buy another one because we needed it badly, that one so far works great. Must be a hit or miss with these maybe.
