The cameras work great the WiFi and dvr work great I was not to happy with the door contact though and the remote the system works well other wise.

I have had 3 different Swann units but needing to upgrade to 1080p found this unit at a great price and WOW what a picture and so easy to set up . I have not installed the alarm or door sensors as I have a system in place already but it came with the unit anyway.

This is a great starter kit for the do it yourself security person. It has ability to easily link up additional devices. However the door/window sensors, FOB, and siren with this package had to be within 30ft of DVR to pair up. Picture quality is superb. The feature to adjust each camera's motion sensitivity is another plus.

The cameras seem to be good and the installation of the cameras was very good. However, the installer said he could not legally install the alarm and door/window sensors. I thought I was paying for installation of the whole kit, not just part of it. I will need to install the sensors and alarm myself not.

Cameras and DVR work great. The security alarm is terrible. Ive installed two of these units and they both have the same issues. Nothing but false alarms. The alarm is nothing but junk.

Parts of the system work well - cameras, DVR, but it is very difficult to setup and email support is poor

Installing cameras and then ready to use the app. We called Customer Service for assistance with the motion sensor. We were told that there was only 1 person at Swann that could help us. She was with several customers so we would have to wait 5 hours to get a return call back. We pleaded that we were in the process of installing the cameras and needed help now. But the only solution for us was to wait. Unfortunately we had to leave the building so we will be returning this product back to the store.
