Easy to assemble and install, worth the investment.

The HD quality is terrific. It's got a clear view 24/7 with no worries of glitches or any of the sort. It's best to get it installed rather than installing it oneself (unless thus knows how to install wire cameras.) We've had them for a month or two now & it doesn't disappoint. Overall: A+

To use all functions you need to pay extra to subscribe to service. After basic install and attempt to connect, found out we need to subscribe. Also when we tried to connect things through the Internet, it redirects to Australian site, but we are in the USA. Same day packed and returned. Sorry guys, it doesn't work for us.

Great product and great price the only thing when zooming it looks blurry

This was easy to install, the picture quality is great and the ap is easy too!

The camera's are great in low light but the motion senser suck the app takes too long to change settings and the key fob is a joke

Wish I had read the reviews first, I would've chose a different system. I wanted this one because of the smart hub but that's where I made the biggest mistake. It is a system with many flaws. If it wasn't so difficult to take back down I would have returned it. It's does have great picture quality

I bought this but was misled by swann it never did the home automation stuff as described Swann swapped the unit for a newer system but the camera quality and app especially were horrible that was my last attempt with swann never again

I was sick of paying ADP a monthly fee and how hard they press me with their service upgrades so when my 3 year contract expired I looked around for options. I bought this Swann Smart Series Security Kit with camera and the door and window sensor and it also has a very loud alarm that you can disable using your phone, key fob, manually or set on auto-time out. The camera quality is exceptional-wow 1080p really does make a difference in daytime and night vision. I set up the system on the floor before installing to make sure everything was working before getting up on a ladder. System works great, everything works through ONE APP which is nice. Even my NEST thermostat and my Chamerlain garage opener work through the Swann app now. I think you'll like that feature too, one app to use to control all my smart appliances.

The cameras are nice, but not the greatest at this price point. The real reason for 1 star is terrible 3rd party support. This uses the Zigbee protocol and advertises it works with all sorts of other devices. I thought that was perfect as I'd like an all in one solution for cameras and security. My 3rd party motion detectors didn't connect at all. My door sensors hooked right up with was awesome, except they CONSTANTLY lose connection. That means I'm getting emails and push notifications about 30 times a day say they're lost, and then found again. Yhe app for viewing live camera is okay. I have VERY fast internet, so it's not on my end and it's very choppy, but I can record right on my phone's memory and snap photos which worked well. The security app (yes, 2 different apps) is terrible. Making changes is impossible and half the time it doesn't show the correct status (home/night/away). Lastly, I wanted to set a schedule to go from night to home status in the morning so my wife wouldn't have to worry when she was leaving for the gym in the morning. Although it looks like you should be able to set a schedule, I could never get the "Then" part of IFTTT to function for the schedule. It worked for individual devices, but not the scheduler. Speaking of the IFTTT for devices, you can't group them, only individual. So I couldn't set an action based on all door sensors, just each one by itself, which is very tedious. All in all, great idea, terrible execution. I'm going to use this for cameras because it's already installed, but I'm going to a Smart Things hub for the motion and door sensors. I wish I had installed a different set of cameras as well, but they're not bad for that purpose. Support was useless by the way.
