Wi-Fi antenna worked perfectly. I had to go to Swann’s website download the newest firmware even thou my NVR stated that I was on the newest one.

It look good in the box. Unfortunately, I was out of town and couldn't pick it up and they sent it back. The associate that help me was somewhat knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.

If your internet is not meeting the bandwidth requirements the resolution may be lower than desired or will not connect at all. If your mobile device is not meeting the bandwidth requirements the resolution may be lower than desired or will not connect at all.
