I love this bike!! I have not rode a bike in years.. the peddle assist helps me push myself.. definitely have to be 5’10 and taller.. easy to assemble and fun to ride!

Seems to be a well built bike time will tell. Easy assembly only con seat leaves a lot to be desired will be replacing immediately

I was hesitant to buy an "electric bike" (especially one that i needed to put together the final parts that couldn't be installed in order to ship the bike. In addition, I thought the self-propelled nature would "erase" the exercise. No!!! The electric power acts in the same way as the gears on a bike with a derailleur. On level ground or downhill, I'm on my own. Going up an incline, I maintain my rhythm with the help of the electric motor. That indeed beckons me to ride more often. Can you tell that I'm delighted with my bike and that BEST BUY offered it at a reasonable price?

I bought the bike on a deal of the day. And the bike has not disappointed me yet very fun to ride. My first ride was 25 miles I made it home without any cramping in my legs. And two bars left because I would only use the pedal assist if I was going up a hill. And yes the pedal assist makes a big difference. My only issuse was the brakes needed to be adjusted at a bike shop. Puting the bike together was very easy and after you let the bike charge over night you’ll be ready to roll. I can’t wait for spring and summer to ride everyday.

I am extraordinarily happy with the purchase of my VOLT eBike. I now use it far more often than I do my car for errands, going to nature reserves, and other places nearby. I get the chance to get a little work-out when I feel like pedaling and don't have to worry about numerous gear changes; when I feel like coasting along, a quick flip of the switch and I get a breather from "cardio mode." Short shopping trips are now a breeze, and I have the added knowledge I'm cutting back on my personal carbon footprint.

Great bike! Only really meant for tall people! 5’8” and taller. If you’re short you can have challenges getting on an off to to the position of the straight bar.

I contemplated purchasing this ebike because of the height requirements, however, I went against my better judgment and purchased it anyway and I'm glad I did. True I am a little shorter than recommended, but I have so much fun just cruising around my neighborhood. I've always wanted a ebike and at the price bestbuy was offering couldn't pass it up. It's a fun bike to ride but you will need to change out the seat it gets very uncomfortable very fast.

Easy to picked up at bestbuy. One person can set up fast. Ride smooth. Love it.

Thank You this is BESTBUY! I had a lot of questions before buying this ebike. My personal experience. 1- The battery lasts two times longer than I last. 2- You don't need a cog set, the pedal assistance is a marvelous design. 3- Tire is thin but it is strong enough. I am 215 lb and everything works fine. 4- The engineer who designed this was a genius but he is probably not the one who chose this lousy saddle. When you buy the bike, chose your preferred saddle same day.

My wife bought me the VOLT e-bike to tour around town with (she bought the FLEET model) and we are both loving them. The battery life is significant and the electric motor provides a super welcoming assist when going up steep hills, and it gives a great speed when just on flat ground otherwise. It's been an absolute blast so far.

Swift-Volt eBike has been fun to ride and easy to use. Had a few hiccups on first ride thanks to the terrible streets in my city but overall would recommend as a starter bike to get around. It has road bike tires and that makes up for the extra weight due to the battery and other components.

The bike worked great but it was too tall for me. I'm 6 ft tall and I had the seat on the lowest setting and I barely fit. Had to return it.
