Some assembly required. Good cheap ebike, great for the price but feels very lightweight and has very little support.

This bike is really tall, Im 6'2 and I have issue getting on. Other than that its an affordable ebike that goes fast and it reliable

This is meant to be a city bike. However with the amount of streets that aren't completely smooth, this bike feels a little frail. The price I got it for is why it gets 4 stars as it is a quality product. I'm just worried about how quickly this bike will wear down overtime

It is a solid bike for the price. The acceleration is acceptabl to feel adequate when cimmuting on the road and light enough to pedal for some distance when trying to conserve battery life. The riad tires are thin, so try to avoid pot holes and large bumps and curbs. There is no fork suspension here so you will feel every crack in the road. I'm 6 foot 2 and weigh 195 pounds so i would say i pretty much max out how big the bike can handle comfortably. Overall, i would recommend as a nice entry price point for the curious with disposable income to test their interest in ebikes. No big loss if you don't continue to use and a great gift to a friend if you decide you love ebikes and want to go bigger.

This Ebike is exellent for the price. I live in Downey and I could ride this bike to long beach and get back home in a single charge.

It's a great bike smooth reliable power, but you need to be 6ft+ to sit and ride comfortably.

Awesome E bike for the $, makes going up hulas a breeze

Only used a few times and am very satisfied with the value. I am 6'2" and bicycle is the right size. I purchased it because of the low privmca and can bot complain about the value. I would prefer larger diameter tires and a little more shick absorbency, but for the price you can not complain

Not a great bike. Lower end e bike with poor design. The seat is very high even for me at 6'1. My wife has the cruiser version which lost power 13 months after purchase, go figure.

Great bike for the price! I ride it to work everyday about 20 miles a day. I usually go full throttle all the way, but by the end of my trip that is when the battery takes a hit and i have to cycle in order to compensate for the speed lost.

Love it so far. I saw a lot of reviews that said it’s not for short people and I guess that’s true but I love the bike I’m 70 inches and it’s great for me.

Easy assembly and it really works well. The information says the tires come fully inflated, but they were quite low. I am replacing the seat as it is not very comfortable for longer rides.

Great bike for the price. It's still a little tough to get up hills, but I got this bike mainly to get me out of the apt and exercise more.

Excellent bike easy to put together little heavy because of the battery but other than that very nice.

It’s a solid bike for the price. It’s pretty smooth. However there a few features I wish the bike had. The first is a removable and speed options without a battery would be nice. Either way if you manage to get this bike on sale it’s a steal and perfect for first time eBike owners.

Not for short people. I am 5’ 10’ and have to use the lowest seat height and still have to tippy toe when standing. Seat is hard and thin so I swapped it to a more cushioned seat. Other than that, its a nice bike.

The worst product I ever bought from Best Buy. Heavyweight, no protection plan and the bike will not hold the charge as it should do and when I bought it it was showing free return but when I tried to return it they charged my 75$ stoking fee which they never mention when you pay it and customer service will tell you that we can't do nothing about it. I had the worst customer service experience with best buy. Total waste of money and time.
