I have now ridden this for 3 months, 500 miles and have few complaints - have had 1 flat tire but otherwise everything has worked flawlessly. Had to replace the saddle and looking to upgrade the tire size and handlebar height but honestly for the sale price I would buy this again. It's been amazing for what it costs - I haven't driven my car in months unless needing to use the freeway. Exactly what I hoped for.

I’ve been looking for an electric bicycle for a while but was to expensive for my budget. I saw this volt electric bicycle on sale for half of the original price. I thought, it’s probably not good as others I’ve seen on the market. Best Buy always has the best prices on quality items your looking for. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and on time delivery. Just in time for Christmas. Thanks Best Buy.

No display model available to try out for size. Description is inaccurate saying good for riders 5'10" and larger. I am 6'2" and this bike was way too small for me. Ridiculous 15% restocking fee. If you take it out of the box and assemble it for them so you can try it, you then find it is smaller than they said it was and they charge you $150. Will never buy from Best Buy again unless it is the only option. Predatory.

A remarkable value, I am extremely impressed with the bike, it’s a pleasure to ride, the boost I get from the motor is just what I needed for unexpectedly challenging hills. I’m very happy with the purchase. The only two factors to consider, must be 5-10 or taller, that is a fact. Secondly, the bars are comfortable but low if you require a completely upright seating position.

The marketing team did amazingly, unfortunately the development/engineering did not. First issue - build quality. It was simple enough to put it together, but after 3x use lots of parts were moving and loose bolts caused for misalignment. On my 3rd ride the front wheel was off center and was rubbing the brakes. Second issue - speed does not really get to 19.8mph (mayne on a downhill). Cannot say I have even used it on intense slopes, but seems like at full throttle it likes to cruise at around 16mph. I may not be the lightest rider, but any rider at their "recommended height" is bound to be over 150lbs. I know they are limited in maxing out speed, but they could incorporate a better quality motor limited at 19.8mph so it would be more useful on slight slopes. I am most likely going to have to tune the bike which is going to add to the cost of an already expensive investment. I cycle on the road and mountain often, I could understand them cutting corners on saddle, handlebar, pedals... but motor is somewhere I truly wished they'd invested more time/resources to. Also offering a one time tune is a MUST and I am baffled why they have not thought to include that.

This bike was priced well and seems sturdy BUT I wish I had attended better to the one review that mentioned that it would only serve tall people! Because we put it together to find this out that you would need to be at least 5'8" considering the frame with Best Buy wanting to charge a $75 fee to put it back in the box, I am now trying to sell it directly in my town to not lost those funds. Unfortunately between winter storms, I have not had a tall friend take it for a test drive so I can't attest to that. But the wheels are narrow for CITY riding; not off-road in case that is of interest to you.

Good bike but had to return as for my frame I am 5,8 and I am too small for this bike. Would be better if the seat and or handlebars were adjustable. Definitely more support for someone who is 6 foot or taller.

Great bicycle, but too tall for me. The seat did not lower enough for me to use comfortably. Consequently, I had to give it to a taller person.

Got it for $499,I'm 6'3 and the bike is a bit uncomfortable for me I am a little high and my wrists are in a bad position for the throttle assit. It's not very powerful going up hills so you still need to peddle pretty hard ..but it's a fun bike on the flat and looks great with the battery hidden in the frame .still glad I purchased it .not sure I would of got it had I test driven it .still a good deal at 500 dollars
