Good bike when on sale but not enough information from SWFT on repairs like tire size and other repair instuctions.

Nice bike for the money. I like the size of the street tires and the frame seems to be very solid for the price. My only problem is that I am 6 foot three and was hunched over just a little more than I would like for a 10+ mile ride. I would recommend for anyone between about 5 foot nine and 6‘1“ tall.

Good for the price on sales. However it is on the heavy side and it’s pretty slow. Some fenders would have been great too.

Overall so far this has been a great bike. This bike is sizes for a 6 foot person, I compared it next to my 29” and is the same size. The only thing that you can’t adjust the handlebar higher so bikes are like that.

I choose this bike because of the color. It was simple enough to put together and I was excited to ride. That's when it went down hill. At 5'8 I'm simply too short to ride. After researching it is recommended a person be at least 5'9 or 5'10. I say 5'10. This should have been plastered across the box. I'm returning it, but would recommend to anyone 5'10 or above.

Bike lasted 3 uses. Crank makes loud cranking sound.Sounds like bad or broken bearing. Not sure where to get it fixed. Should be covered by warranty. Also, I would recommend getting a bike with disc breaks. Stopping on this with out is poor at best.

Never got to ride this because it was to big to ride. It is for a 6 foot person or larger.

Can’t find a better option for $500-$700. I was debating to get it or not, but I am in love with it. The only thing I upgraded is the seat, because the stock one is very tough to sit on.

This bike was great for the sale price I got it for. The bike can be used with pedal assist, only the throttle, or just regular pedalling if you do ever happen to run out of battery. I average about 13.8 miles using all throttle.

Travel back and forth to work about five miles each way takes about twenty minutes great bike really had to get use to it love the features charges quick and lasts for days

This was the best purchased I made so far this year. If you are look for an ebike that won't break the bank and has the performance that will leave you smiling, this is the bike.

This is by far the coolest bike I’ve ever ridden and am very impressed by the quality and functionality as well. It’s been years since I’ve owned or ridden a bicycle and the mix between electric power and manual cycling has made me want to get on this thing constantly. The bike comes fairly put together in the box. The only assembly needed is to attach the handle bars, the front wheel, and screw on the pedals. It didn’t take longer than a few minutes. The biggest problem I had was that Swft includes the wrong size hex wrench in the box, so I had to go find one that fit the hand bars. The build quality of this bike is next level. The black powder coat on the bike is beautiful and everything about it screams high end. The only small issue I found with the build was the rubber flap that charges the charging port tends to pop open often. I could see this being a problem if the weather is rainy. The battery is built into the frame of the bike, which does make the main rail look bigger than a normal bike but I personally like the design choice because there are very few exposed electrical parts and the whole electric motor system blends into the bike very well. Riding the bike is a blast. You can use it just like any fix gear bike and ride. Then if you want a little extra oomph you can engage the electric motor by turning the throttle like on a dirt bike or you can push the up arrow and the control panel to automatically have the motor assist pedaling. There are three levels with the lowest giving about 20% power of the motor, two giving 70% and three giving 100%. There is also a built in headlight that comes in very handy for night rides. The overall experience is super fun and smooth. I haven’t had a single issue with the bike so far. The battery lasts forever. I’ve ridden for 10ish miles and still have all bars of battery. I can’t say enough how fun this bike is. It’s great for getting around town easily. Great to given you a little relief if you bike in super hilly areas or if you just want something that can zip around quickly. Highly recommended.

Picked this up on Black Friday which was a great deal but have not been able to use it due to Chicago weather :(

What happens if i open the box pump the tires and they leak? How do i get the rear tire repaired?

This is a very nice E-bike, my first, well designed, very ez assembly, I would recommend the purchase of this bike!

Handle bar neck height is not adjustable so I had to ride hunched over, and The front base seized up on me while I was riding home and I had to end up taking the break off to finish my ride.

Exellent bike just wouldn't recomend to ride it when is snow or rain as you will be very wet on your backside

Definitely a great buy at this price point. Great range and mph.
