    It was nicely packaged, but I don't understand how to use it. I tried call tech support, but they no longer help with this. I did my best, but I think it was a total failure. It was incredibly difficult to use. Storage was a breeze. I just put it in a closet and that worked out perfectly. I don't have to worry about it again. Exceptionally good quality. Not a good value for it's price. I would probably recommend, but only to people I did not care for. I still don't know what I am supposed to do with it. Smells very pleasant, but texture is uncomfortable. Most other folks would likely find this to be a great item or something useless. Overall, I am not sure.
