Tasted worst then the original pouches. Lacks flavor and leaves a nasty after taste. Smells great but tastes like crap. Not even close to hot chocolate.

Ordered these on line.They shipped them in a bag instead of a box.When I got them they were all smashed up.

The worst hot chocolate I've ever had........ completely disgusting with water. Made one cup and threw out immediately after one sip.

This Swiss Milk Chocolate clogs up my 3 month old Keurig every time. Have to use maintenance tool to be able to again brew coffee.

I'm really sad. I was so excited for this. But everytime I out it in my keruig is clogs up the water spout. :(

Swiss Miss hot chocolate has always been my favorite. This K-cup makes a pretty good cup, but the kids always doctor it up a bit when it's done. They make a small or medium cup, then add some of the chocolate left in the k-cup. Their method gets a little messy, but it works. We always made hot chocolate with milk growing up, so I tend to stick with the regular packets when I'm in the Swiss Miss mood. Overall though, this is a pretty good buy. Quick, easy, and it does the job.

Flavour is rich. we enjoyed it! it as as good as the ones in the packet. We went through them so quick. You don't need to add milk or sugar. They are all included

Excellent price on the larger quantity. It's hard to find good deals on k-cups. So glad Best Buy sells k-cups.

We love the Swiss Miss hot chocolate! It is very good on cold days.

I had bought swiss chocolate in packets that taste great but bought the one for kurieg and tasted a little different. I read the ingryand notice it stated chocolate with other natural ingredients. So if you never tried swiss miss a say five it s try.

The flavor was good, the kids can do this better than the original package style with hot water. The value was a bit questionable, really only could brew the smaller cup, the larger cup brew was a bit watery.

Bough these so the kids could make a cup of hot chocolate without using the microwave to heat up water and risk spilling it on themselves. They love it and so do we.

This is the best hot chocolate that I have tasted. It worked like it should in my Keurig machine.

So nice to find this at Best Buy. I really love my Keurig and finding this hot chocolate locally.
