We just love the taste of this hot chocolate. Being in a K-Cup pod makes it so simple but it is more expensive than the packets.

Family loves Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa. We buy the k-cups every time they go on sale. Tastes exactly like the pouches, but so much easier and quicker to make.

I keep this one around for the kids. They can use the Keurig but not with real coffee. Excellent taste and always fun! One note, is that you may have to run some clear water through the Keurig to clean it out, same as if you brew tea. Easily done, and not a problem.

I bought this on sale and thought that it may not taste like true Swiss Miss, as it is instant and in a K cup but don't fret - this stuff tastes great and is quick and easy to make.

Delicious! Added marshmallows and enjoyed every drop. It's a bit weak with the 12oz size, but that's the only complaint

Great chocolate flavor in an affordable value pack. There were a few missing but one call to Keurig and they were happy to send replacements.

I've used this product long before K-Cups came out. I believe this is even better than the old days. I do add a little bit of milk to the cup when it's finished just as I did with the old style. I've found this is more realistic than a few of the other brands I've tried. Recently, my three year old grand daughter came for a five day visit......I was her favorite grand father for those five days.......lol. I would recommend this product. If you're not in a big hurry, you can find this product on sale which makes it an even better buy. I intend on buying again.
