Switch2: Refinement of industry-defining Evolution

Nintendo's successor to the Switch maintains the core design that revolutionized the console and handheld gaming scene (even influencing the PC gaming scene, seen in the advent of the handheld gaming PCs that are becoming more popular across the market), with upgraded hardware that allows for more complex and more demanding games than it's predecessor could handle.
Players will easily be able to swap from Docked Mode, playing on TV as a traditional console, to handheld mode (playing like a traditional handheld) by simply pulling the device out of the dock.
The new joycon design also makes it easier than ever to attach and detach the device's default controllers, with a magnetic latch and a simple button release that allows users to simply pull the controllers off the device instead of needing to align the rails that were the alignment mechanism for the original switch. This allows for more secure attachment of the controllers while also reducing risk of damage when removing the controllers (or through rough handling of the device).
Nintendo has added more quality of life features to the system's operating system; users will now find they cna more easily share their screen recordings and screen caps than on the original switch, able to send them to a Switch App on their phone when they can't readily connect the device to a computer or remove the SD Card to get their clips.
The new game share feature as well allows compatible multiplayer games to be shared locally with other players without owning the game, streaming the game off the host Switch 2 to other client Switch 2s or even the original Switch, which is perfect for households who still own the original and have multiple players in the home who enjoy co-op and competitive gaming together.
Nintendo also ads a discord-esque GameChat service, allowing the user to chat with friends on their friends list (it is, notably, limited to just those people you have friended, so no randos will intrude into your chat-enabled multiplayer sessions).
As well, the advancement in processing now allows the Switch 2 to emulate Nintendo GameCube games, delivered as a part of the Nintendo Switch Online+Expansion Pack subscription service, with new games being added regularly, which at time of review includes beloved classics like Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, F-Zero GX and Chibi Robo.
This SKU of the Switch presently includes Mario Kart World as a pack in game, delivered as a digital edition from the Nintendo eShop, effectively discounted $30 than it would cost buying the game separately. If that's appealing, you should buy this sooner than later, as it will be phased out this November in favor of an SKU that packs in the upcoming Pokemon Legends Z-A for the same price point (albeit Z-A being cheaper stand alone than Mario Kart).
In addition, through a mix of hardware and software solutions, Nintendo has maintained backwards compatibility with games found on the Switch, allowing users to port their games over to the new console. Some games already see a performance boost by default thanks to the improved hardware, while others have additional upgrades to take better advantage of the improved specs of the Switch 2.
All in all, the Switch 2 is a worthy successor to the Switch, iterating on its industry revolutionizing design and form factor, while carrying the company and its offerings forward into the future. Already having sold gangbusters, expect companies, including Capcom with next year's Resident Evil Requiem, to happily support this console throughout this generation. Note that some games may require you to pair original switch joycons for full feature compliance due to changes between the controllers (primarily the removal of the Joycon's IR Port from the Joycon 2s).

After much anticipation, I finally have my hands on the Nintendo Switch 2, and my initial impressions after purchasing it from Best Buy are overwhelmingly positive. The entire experience, from the seamless online ordering process to the exhilarating first few weeks of gameplay, has solidified my belief that Nintendo has delivered a truly worthy successor to its beloved hybrid console.
The upgrade is immediately noticeable right out of the box. The larger, more vibrant screen is the first thing that catches the eye. While not an OLED, the quality of the LCD is impressive, offering a significant step up in visual fidelity for both new titles and existing Switch games that benefit from the enhanced hardware. Games I've revisited, like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, feel refreshed with smoother frame rates and improved load times.
The redesigned Joy-Cons are another highlight. They feel more robust and comfortable in hand, a welcome improvement for longer play sessions. The satisfying click of the new shoulder buttons and the improved ergonomics make a tangible difference in gameplay.
In terms of performance, the Switch 2 is a powerhouse. I've been diving into some of the launch titles, and the graphical leap is evident. The ability to play games in a stable, higher resolution, especially when docked to my 4K TV, is a game-changer. The performance boost isn't just about looks; it translates to a more immersive and seamless gaming experience.
Of course, no console is without its trade-offs. The most notable is the battery life, which, while not a deal-breaker for my typical usage, is something to be mindful of for extended on-the-go gaming sessions. This is a small price to pay for the significant performance gains, but prospective buyers who primarily play in handheld mode should consider investing in a portable power bank.
My purchasing experience at Best Buy was straightforward and efficient. The console was well-stocked, and the in-store pickup was quick and hassle-free. The staff were knowledgeable and shared in the excitement of the new console launch.
Overall, my recent purchase of the Nintendo Switch 2 from Best Buy has been a fantastic experience. It's a thoughtfully designed and powerful console that successfully builds upon the foundation of its predecessor. While the battery life could be better, the significant improvements in performance, screen quality, and controller comfort make it a must-have for any serious Nintendo fan and a compelling entry point for newcomers to the ecosystem. If you've been on the fence, I can confidently say that the Nintendo Switch 2 is a worthwhile investment that will provide countless hours of gaming enjoyment.

The Nintendo Switch 2 has been a slam dunk for our family gaming setup. It’s a big leap over the original Switch, nailing everything we want for game nights and my own sessions in 2025.
The 8-inch LCD screen is a beauty—vibrant colors, sharp details, whether I’m tearing through Mario Kart World tracks or duking it out in Super Mario Party Jamboree with the kids. The new processor (likely NVIDIA’s T239) keeps things buttery smooth—fast loads, zero lag, even in hectic Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury moments. Donkey Kong Bananza is a ton of fun too, with its wild underground smashing and co-op antics, but every game we play just pops on this thing.
The hybrid design’s still a winner. I can play handheld on the couch, take it on the road, or dock it to our 4K TV for family battles, no sweat. Battery life’s solid for casual play—around 4–6 hours on average—but demanding stuff like Donkey Kong Bananza or Mario Kart World pulls closer to 2–3 hours in handheld, so I keep a portable charger handy during longer sessions. The redesigned Joy-Cons feel durable, no drift so far, and the magnetic attachments make swapping them for multiplayer a breeze. Audio’s crisp and punchy, giving Mario Kart World’s soundtrack and Super Mario Party Jamboree’s wild sound effects some serious life.
Backward compatibility’s a lifesaver—our whole Switch library works flawlessly, so we’re not rebuying favorites. Online play’s noticeably quicker for Mario Kart World lobbies, but Nintendo’s still lagging on voice chat and social features, which is a bit of a bummer. The dock supports 4K output, and I’m betting on Wi-Fi 6E under the hood for faster updates and connectivity down the line.
The price—probably $450 or more—stings, but the performance and versatility make it worth it for a console that’ll keep up with both my gaming and the kids’ chaos. It’s powerful, polished, and perfect for our mix of solo and family play. If you want a system that delivers for everyone in the house, the Switch 2’s the real deal.

As a lifelong Nintendo fanboy, I grabbed the Nintendo Switch 2 bundle with Mario Kart World ($500, console alone $450, game $80) on September 9, 2025, and it’s transformed my life! The Switch 2’s 8-inch OLED screen bursts with color, and the magnetic Joy-Con 2s snap on flawlessly, with slick motion controls and 4-6 hour battery life. It’s a beast—4K docked, 60fps handheld, and backwards compatible. Yeah, it’s a tad heavy (1.2 lbs), but the polish is unreal.
Mario Kart World is perfection! 50+ characters, 96 tracks (new and remixed), and an open-world hub make every race a thrill. Drifting’s tight, online supports 24 players, and local multiplayer has my friends and me cackling over blue-shell mayhem. Pricey standalone, but the bundle’s a bargain.
Since getting it, I’ve ditched my work-from-home slump. Late-night races, portable play on walks, and epic kart nights have me grinning ear-to-ear and reconnecting with buddies. I even joined a local Nintendo crew! The Switch 2 is my happy place—Nintendo, you’re legends.
Verdict: 9.5/10 – Every Nintendo lover needs this

TLDR: This console is a triumph of human imagination, ingenuity, and just a testemant to having a good time with multimedia that is more about people and stories!
In an era of low-effort and innovation games, Nintendo is still on top of their game as though the competition is fierce. The most important plus is the games… This console is currently the highest performer in its individual niche, but even when there is “better hardware”, if the games aren’t as good, it means nothing. The first-party games are overflowing with joy, wonder, and creativity. The second and third party games do actually join this party to be able to get into the special occasion that is this console.
One caveat is the prices… However, I recommend getting second-hand physical copies of temporary games and reselling them after you ahd your fun. I saved hundreds of dollars this way, especially thanks to the backwards compatibility.
Finally, and least importantly, ergonomics are better than ever, though I still recommend getting grips for the joycons. The battery capacity goes for a while (a while that is unhealthy to play in one sitting), so I recommend you not worry about battery capacity and instead focus on what you do and imagine during your breaks from the special world that this console is a magical door to.
I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys visual and musical arts, as well as anyone who wants to get into Nintendo!

I’ve been a Nintendo fan for years, and I owned the original Switch since day one — but wow, the Switch 2 genuinely impressed me. The performance boost is noticeable right out of the box. Games load so much faster, and everything just feels smoother — especially older titles I already owned. It’s like they got a second life.
The screen is brighter, bigger, and much clearer than before. I’ve been playing in handheld mode a lot more than I thought I would, just because it looks so good. Even though it’s not OLED, it still looks amazing. The new Joy-Cons also feel more solid, and the improved attachment system makes a difference — no more slight wiggle when docked.
What I love most is how seamless the upgrade has been. I didn’t have to give up my library, and in fact, a lot of the games play even better on this hardware. It feels like Nintendo finally nailed the balance between fun, portability, and power.
Battery life isn’t perfect — I get around 4-6 hours depending on the game — but it’s manageable. That’s honestly my only real complaint, and it’s a small one considering everything else this system gets right.
If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it. Whether you’re upgrading from the original Switch or getting into Nintendo gaming for the first time, this system is more than worth it. Zero regrets.

I’ve had the Nintendo Switch 2 since June, and honestly, it’s all I’ve been playing ever since. The portability combined with the massive boost in graphics and performance over the original Switch is incredible. Even older Switch games look and run way better — the improvements in performance for titles like Pokémon Scarlet & Violet and Breath of the Wild are immediately noticeable.
What really blew me away, though, are the new Switch 2 titles like Donkey Kong Bananza, Hogwarts Legacy, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4, and others. They look and play amazingly well on this system, and I love being able to take that full experience on the go.
I’ve honestly been neglecting my PS5 and Xbox Series X because I find myself choosing the Switch 2 every time. I even plan to start buying most of my third-party games for the Switch 2 just so I can play anywhere and everywhere.
If you loved the original Switch but wanted more power, smoother gameplay, and even better visuals — this is 100% the upgrade you’ve been waiting for. Nintendo really nailed it with this one!
Exactly What I Wanted from Nintendo's Next Console

I have had this system for over a week now, and let me just say that it is absolutely everything I've wanted and more from Nintendo this generation.
I got my switch for my birthday 7 years ago in 2018. I fell in love, and ever since I've spent hundreds of hours on Smash Brothers, Mario Kart, Splatoon, Pokemon, and more. (I have a total of 550 hours on smash, which is a lot for me!)
Now with the switch 2, and now that I'm a lot older, I really feel like this is going to be a system I'm really going to enjoy. Especially since it's just continuing the Switch line of consoles, and making it so much better!
So to start with the things I love about it so far: I love the new design. This console definitely feels like a $450 device. The metal-ish combined with plastic-y design feels so premium, and when I held it for the first time, I really felt like it was premium, and worth it (in terms of design).
Next, I love the magnetic joy cons. This was a great idea, Nintendo because it's a great new gimmick that is just really cool this time around. On the original switch, it was the satisfying slide onto the joy con rail. Now it's the magnetic 'CLICK' that is even more satisfying than the original method. The joy cons this time around, with the magnetism, are also way more durable and sturdy than the original Switch joy cons! I can't really even get them off of the system by just pulling anymore. (That was an issue later in my old switch's life!)
Next, I HAVE to talk about the games, specifically Mario Kart World. I have absolutely loved this game, and I've already put in 15 hours in 1 week. I won't spoil anything, but this game is massive, and just what we all needed from a Mario Kart refresh 10 years later! I also have loved having the backwards compatibility this time around. The system transfer brought over all of my old games, and now I can play most of them (if not all) on the new system, and some with huge Switch 2 editions and upgrades!
The console's power has also been something that I've really liked. It really has delivered on the power this time around. It isn't quite ps5 level, but it's in between Xbox series S and PS4 Pro, which for me, is perfect, actually beyond perfect!
So all in all, the system I have absolutely loved. I also can't wait to see what other Nintendo games are in store for the rest of this year, and on.
Honestly for my concerns, the only thing I would say that I don't like about the system, along with many others, are the prices. $80 for a video game is really pushing it, and luckily I bought the bundle for Mario Kart World so I saved $30. But I won't be buying any other $80 video games unless I think it is genuinely worth it!
All in all, great console, Nintendo. Keep it up, and I hope everyone who's read this now has a better understanding of what a great console this is!

Nintendo has done it again—and this time, they've broken the speed limit of joy. The Switch 2 is not just an upgrade; it’s a leap forward in imagination, technology, and sheer playability. Sleek, snappy, and whisper-quiet, it blends console-grade power with the soul of handheld gaming. The OLED+ display is jaw-droppingly vibrant, the loading times are near-instant, and the new adaptive haptics make every game feel alive in your hands. It’s everything fans dreamed of—and more.
But the real crown jewel? Mario Kart World.
This is not just another kart racer—this is the ultimate celebration of everything Mario Kart has ever been, plus everything we never knew we needed. Imagine world tour-style tracks, gorgeous open-world hubs between cups, real-time online tournaments with 100+ racers, weather systems that change the game, and kart customization so deep you’ll feel like a motorsport engineer in the Mushroom Kingdom.
From gliding through a futuristic Neo-Tokyo track at sunset, to speeding across a frozen waterfall in Antarctica, every single course feels like a work of art you can race on. The soundtrack? Pure serotonin. The visuals? So clean and colorful they look unreal. The controls? Silk-smooth. The competitive and co-op modes? Addictive and full of surprises.
Mario Kart World isn't just a game—it’s a global phenomenon waiting to happen. It blends nostalgia, innovation, and multiplayer magic into the most exhilarating racing experience Nintendo has ever crafted.
Final Verdict:
If fun had a face, it would be smiling behind the wheel of a red kart on the Switch 2. Whether you're a veteran racer or new to the track, Mario Kart World on Switch 2 is a MUST-PLAY masterclass in game design and entertainment.
Score: 11/10 – “Too fun to stop. Too pretty to blink.”
Super display, perfect build, awesome performance.

It’s a surreal feeling when you get used to the Switch 2 and then go back to the original Switch—you instantly realize just how massive the generational leap is. The first model suddenly feels like a toy in comparison. The larger, brighter, and more vibrant display, paired with the improved performance of the Switch 2, makes the gaming experience feel extraordinary. Playing on it reignites a childlike joy in me, and I find myself genuinely having fun every time I pick it up. I’ve been using both handheld and docked modes far more than I ever did before, and both deliver an excellent experience. Whether you’re casually enjoying lighthearted games or immersing yourself in the beauty of titles like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, I can’t recommend this console enough. Mario Kart World is such a thrilling game as well :)

Lets move past the fact that your last gen games load much faster and play with better performance and get to how great Switch 2 games are. Mario Kart World is addicting and CyberPunk 2077 is fantastic docked and undocked, with undocked making it hard to put away. Indie games get the same uplift across the board also. Im coming from the OLED and havent been back. The Switch 2 screen is amazing and makes it very hard to go back to the OLED due resolution difference. Its lighter than the other handhelds that arent from Nintendo by far. CONS: It will get hot in the dock if tou use ethernet for some reason. Unplug it, or change ethernet settings, and its no longer an issue. This is a work around however and needs a true resolution. People say the battery life is horrible. I find battery performs same as ROG Ally. Ill be getting my AAA games here and forgoing tweaks for gameplay on the go. Mario and team play best here!

The Switch 2 is a massive upgrade from the Switch. At just $450 there is not other handheld gaming device that matches the Switch 2’s performance. The Joycon 2s are much better, the buttons and sticks feel much better, they’re much smoother. The screen is also good. The performance increases considerably when docked. I was a bit worried about how it would look with dlss but unless dlss in PC games the dlss on the Switch 2 is not noticeable. The dlss looks so good that it looks native. The only downside is the battery life, playing Mario Kart World I only get around 3 hours, which is around the same as PC handhelds but it is less than the Switch OLED. The performance tradeoff is more than worth it though.

The product came on time and in great condition. Online purchases through Best Buy are the easiest way to reliably obtain any technology needed. Availability for devices such as the Nintendo Switch 2 are very low at launch, so I was very pleasantly surprised with their great service! Would work with again and again!
Additionally, inside the physical store, I was amazed at how many copies of the game cards and other accessories they had available as well. Whenever I walk into the store it makes me feel like a little kid looking through all the fascinating keyboards, TVs, and even washer and dryers.
I value their exchange program as well because I was able to get a guaranteed offer on my Switch 1 which was very convenient.
Compared to other stores in my area, Best Buy has to be the best way to find computer related products I have seen. My store in Allen, TX specifically had very kind workers as well which were a huge help to me deciding to purchase this product in the first place. Thank you everyone, you made Best Buy a great place to visit and do business with.

The Switch 2 is a significant leap forward from its predecessor. With a sleek, premium design combining metal and plastic, it feels like a high-end device. The new magnetic Joy-Cons are a standout feature—more durable and satisfying to use than the original slide-on rails1.
Performance-wise, the Switch 2 sits comfortably between the PS4 Pro and Xbox Series S, offering faster load times, improved graphics, and smoother gameplay. The OLED+ display is vibrant, and adaptive haptics add a tactile layer to gaming1.
Backwards compatibility is a huge win, allowing players to transfer and upgrade their existing library. However, some users noted minor issues like heating in docked mode with Ethernet and a less effective cooling system in the dock1.
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.
Right out of the box, the feel of the Switch 2 is just a net positive experience, no more cheap plastic feeling joycons or back of the screen, it feels much more durable and less like a toy. Personally I had to transfer all my data from my Switch 1, and it was a super simple experience that I feel even a small child could do it. Install speed of games? Also much faster than they were previously, Mario Kart World took me maybe 35-40 minutes to download on a 500mb connection, and the actual install was probably close to around 5 minutes for me.
Not gonna lie, the dock feels a bit of a let down though. The back cover of it is no longer on a swing, it now just pops on and off and if you lose it, well it might as well be gone forever. It doesn't really keep the Switch 2 cool either, it's vents are more or less to keep the dock itself at a decent temp. Ethernet port on the back is a nice touch though.
Game performance is quite the improvement all around. Every game I've tested personally loaded faster, and in the case of the free upgrade to Gen 9 Pokemon games, the improvements are like night and day and I don't think I can ever go back to playing those on my Switch 1. I'm looking forward to the Switch 2 Edition of the new Legends game later this year while also feeling bad for anyone who has yet to get their hands on a Switch 2 and won't be able to experience the resolution, loading, and fps upgrades.
Games that didn't receive an update though? They're kinda struggling if I'm being honest. I tried playing Legends Arceus, and while the load time is better for sure, the fps remains locked at 30 and it's resolution looks like it's getting stretched and makes it actually look worse than the Switch 1, same goes for Sword and Shield.
Mario Kart World. Boy oh boy, this was the one I was hyped for. While everyone was complaining saying it looked empty or that the tracks were uninspired, I was excited. It's my first Mario Kart since Double Dash on the Gamecube and I started back on Mario Kart 64, so all these new features, graphics and mechanics are amazing to me, so it makes me so happy that I got the bundle that included the game.
Some quick pros and cons though to wrap this up.
Pros:
-Faster EShop
-More responsive UI
-DLSS putting in a lot of work
-HDR
-120fps in some games
-Mouse Controls on shooters
-Welcome Tour giving insane amounts of info on the inner workings of the console
-Magnetic Joycons feel so satisfying to snap back onto it
-The kickstand on the back is a massive upgrade from the Switch 1, durable, sturdy, and can go further back
Cons:
-Some older games look terrible without resolution updates
-Any data transferred that wasn't a cloud save is deleted from the Switch 1
-Some people are complaining about stick drift on the joycons, no issue for me yet
-Some reports of scratches or dead pixels right out of the box, no issue for me yet
-Welcome Tour not being free despite it containing a lot of info on the console that users would like to know
-Picks up dust kinda easily even if used a lot
-Random spots on the dock that make it look like someone wiped a hand on it that just won't come off for some reason
-Different color options for joycons not readily available at launch

I’ve been gaming with my Nintendo switch 2 for almost two weeks now and while initially I wasn’t super thrilled to get my hands on it, it’s kind of grown on me over the past couple of days.
I’ll start by saying I’m kind of a sucker for all things Nintendo. I’ve owned just about every console they’ve released. Including most recently the Switch 1, switch lite and switch OLED. So it’s hard for me not to compare it to the previous consoles. But I’m being honest because chances are.. if you’re looking to buy the switch 2, you probably already own one of the previous Switch consoles.
I’ll start with the things I like about it.
This new console does feel quicker. Especially when loading menus and games. I justified my purchase by telling myself I would play the huge backlog of Switch games that I own and this was the biggest reason for me buying this console. I still enjoy playing Nintendo games on the go, and the old console was showing its age. So “upgrading” to this console was an easy decision for me.
The joycons feel better in the hand while in handheld mode. They are larger, the triggers are more comfortable and it overall feels better in my hand.
The magnetic system for attaching the joycons is way easier to use and less prone to getting stuck and breaking.
My gripes with this console are the battery life.
I get at most maybe 3 hours out of it before I need to plug it into the wall outlet. Not a huge deal since I don’t game handheld for more than an hour at a time. But still, I imagine the battery will degrade quicker in the long run because you will constantly need to charge this.
The screen : although it is larger and looks nice, it is noticeably worse in some aspects (to my eyes) compared to the switch OLED. This screen has worse contrast and color saturation. And there is the obvious IPS glow when looking at it in black screens and from side angles.
Another thing I’ve noticed is that is ghosting, once you notice it.. it’s hard to unsee it. It’s not a huge dealbreaker.. but I feel like at this price.. Nintendo should’ve put a better screen in it.
One other con is that there isn’t many games out for it YET.. and majority of the third party games so far are just “key card cartridges” meaning that you will have to download the game onto your micro SD card. And the new micro SD cards are really expensive. I think this will ultimately hurt the long term health of the switch 2 unless Nintendo forces developers to keep games on the cartridge. A 1TB micro sd express card costs $200, if you can find one. They are super hard to find and expensive. I settled for a 256gb micro sd express card which cost me $70. Expensive in my opinion, and it will probably only hold a handful of switch 2 games.
For now, there is no external SSD support when docked or in handheld mode, so expect to pay a hefty amount to expand your consoles storage.
All in all… I like it. Could it be better? Definitely.
Would I recommend it? Hard to say. Yes and no.
If you love Nintendo games and gotta have the newest from them you’ll be like me and get it anyway.
But I’d advise most people to just wait a little while longer until there is more games for the switch 2, and alternative storage options.

The Switch 2 Mario Kart Bundle delivers both a polished system upgrade and one of the franchise’s more ambitious titles in years. Mario Kart World excels in gameplay, visuals, and innovation—though some may find the Free Roam underwhelming and wish for wholly new tracks.
That said, the bundle price of $499.99 gives excellent value: you’re getting a 4K-capable dock, mouse‑control Joy‑Cons, much more storage, and next‑gen social features—all launched with a fun and tightly built racing game. If you’re looking for something to dive into right away, especially with friends or family, this bundle hits the mark.
Cons: battery life can dip quickly under heavy usage; recycled track list; Free Roam features feel sparse.
Pros: stunning visuals, superb performance, inventive Joy‑Con controls, excellent bundled game, robust features like GameChat/GameShare.
In short: a strong package for fans, newcomers, and anyone upgrading from the original Switch. A meaningful evolution—just don’t expect cutting‑edge hardware; expect great fun instead.

I picked up the Switch 2 from Best Buy recently, and overall I'm impressed. The performance bump is noticeable - smoother frame rates, faster load times, and much better battery life compared to the original Switch. The screen is crisp and bright, making handheld mode more enjoyable.
Build quality feels solid, and the improved Joy-Cons have less drift (at least so far). Game compatibility is excellent - my old library works fine, and the new titles optimized for Switch 2 look great.
If you're on the fence about upgrading from the OG Switch or Lite - this is the version Nintendo should've launched years ago. Definitely recommend it.

The Switch 2 is so cool. As someone who used their original Switch daily for years, this feels like a big upgrade that gets me even more excited to play Nintendo Switch. I love the screen. It looks beautiful. The mouse mode is fun, if a little unessential at the moment. Everything feels very high quality. The bigger Joycon are better. The battery can last me for a few hours, so that's good enough for me. So far I haven't run into storage issues. But I don't have a million games like some people. I do have a decent number though.
Speaking of games, Mario Kart World is great! I know people are complaining the world is empty, but it's really not to me. I love the p switch challenges. I love hunting the open world looking for them. The tricks you can do are so cool. It feels like a 3D platformer Kart racer and that's so unique. Absolutely worth getting the bundle.

I bought my Switch 2 almost a month ago and this is my personal review for it. So the main reason I wanted to buy this console was the handheld aspect of it. Because a good chunk of my game time this past year has been on the go. And I wanted something with power and good games. Now I know at the time I’m doing this review there are only two big games on this console. MK world which is $80… and then the new donkey Kong. So I decided to get the MK bundle so that way it’s like I’m paying 50$ for an 80$ game. And speaking of MK….It’s a pretty good game but it does get old after a while so I would recommend getting the bundle with the game because I don’t think it’s quite worth $80. But overall I’ve been enjoying this console. So if you want a portable console with decent power and years of exclusives go for it. But if you’re not that interested in the games that are out right now I would recommend waiting another year or two for there to be more games with hopefully lower prices. This is my first review on Best Buy so hopefully I did OK. (: If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved! :)
