I'm an FPS Xbox guy, to begin with. However, I've grown up on Nintendo game systems. The switch is just great for being mobile, family-friendly, and great games. I've put soo many hours into it the first week I got it. It's great that the controllers come off and support 2 players so my wife can play with. We look forward to playing when traveling on the plane. Just bought two more joy-cons so we can each have 2 or support up to 4 players. The switch dock is awesome to play on the TV (my first one didn't work but it was a seamless trade with BestBuy).

Owned console for more than 2 years now. Must have item for on the go gaming and killing time while traveling. Battery life not that great unless you change some settings like reducing screen brightness. Slowly building my game library. Never get bored with the switch. Overall am happy with the console.

My children love their Nintendo Switch. They open it for Christmas!

This is a great gaming system for the younger crowd. I like that it has a fewer more kid friendly tittle than other consoles.

Nintendo switch is a great product and exceeded all expectations we had on Nintendo products. Great games line up. It is true graphics are much better on Xbox one and PS4 however, the graphics on the switch are good enough to enjoy the games. Also the mobility factor is superb and the fact the games are great for kids and adults this is very good. Now with Hulu app coming to the console and Netflix coming next year as well will add another great feature to the console I would recommend this hardware to any Nintendo / casual gamer and even parents wanting a console that it is safe for kids....

Awesome and lots of fun Not much storage space but has expandable storage. Joy Con remotes are very cool and easy to use.

My last Nintendo was in 1997 move on to another brand & now in 2020 finally had the chance to buy the Nintendo switch loving it . Bought the Nintendo switch Online 1 full year & it comes with the old Nintendo video games. Im on Super Metroid the memories of my childhood & Ori & the blind forest my favorite go game. I say go get yourself a Nintendo switch you won't regret it.

Heck yeah Best Buy let me preorder this on Santa's behalf. This makes them my best shopping experience of 2020

Being a long time Nintendo fan, having owned N64, GameCube, & Wii & played NES & SNES...always a fan of the Nintendo brand for their exclusive titles (Mario & Zelda among them) & unique appeal to kids & adult/kids at heart, was actually a bit hesitant at first due to their last console being the underwhelming Wii U...I found the Switch to be FUN & unique to match Nintendo's style. Having the ability to play it on your TV via HDMI is great for them to finally catch up to other consoles, though their real appeal is the ability to "switch" to a portable handheld mode & play on the go. Cons I found to be low battery life (3 hours max) on the handheld, to which Nintendo's solution is of course buying extra accessories $$. Also upset that the ONLY way to charge your controllers that come with the console is to actually "attach" it on the console, which is a HUGE disadvantage among other consoles whereas others allow you to plug controllers in to charge via a cord. The ONLY way to do charge via a cord is to of course buy an extra accessory $$ to do so. Overall a FUN system if your a Nintendo fan but be prepared to pay $$ for the extras needed to really enjoy it (which fans are used to anyway)

Bar none this is my favorite handheld and I own many. Being able to play a game on your home T.V. then remove the Switch from its dock and take it on the go is flat out awesome. Like many I purchased the Switch in order to play The legend of Zelda: Breath of the wild and it doesn't disappoint. Having a full fledged console game in my bag is well worth the price. My only gripe is the battery life but in all fairness it preforms well under its work load, I've averaged about 3 hours while playing Zelda which isn't bad. I went ahead and purchased a Anker Powercore+ 20100 power bank and in my opinion this is the best combination you can buy. This powerbank is one of the few that can charge the Switch while it is in use. I bought the Pro controller which is one of the best controllers ever produced. I also picked up Mario kart 8 and the joy con wheels which are a blast to play with friends. A Zagg Shield tempered glass screen protector rounded out my purchased and is highly recommended because like all handheld systems this thing is going to get scratched at some point, I had my doubt about being an early adopter of this much hyped handheld/console but I'm glad I took a chance on it. If your on the fence about buying the Nintendo Switch I can definitely understand but trust me its well worth the investment.

I would recommend a switch for anyone who wants to play games one the go, it doesn’t take up much space ,you can play on the big screen with friends or even use both the switch and the big tv at the same time when you have 4 players. If I could give a 10 stars to this I would.

The graphics are awesome. The controls are easy to handle. The size of the console makes it easy to carry around.

it's great for multiple people playing in the same room. Mario Party and Luigis Mansion are our favorite.

One of the best game system I ever bought. I love everything about this system. Small, portable, handy and fun.

My hubby surprised this for me as an early Christmas present. Immediately I got nostalgia to when I used to own a Gameboy advance in my teens. I spent hours on that thing. After years of playing on an Xbox I've been wanting something that was more portable but had no desire for a wii u or any of the other handheld devices. The various play features of this console sold me when it was first advertised and now that I have a few hours logged in I'm absolutely loving it. My only gripe is the battery life could be better.
