The product is fantastic. My son has down syndrome and enjoys playing it with the remote for stability with his eyesight. I thank you so much for all your help you gave me with your tech. They were very helpful.

If you're not going to play this at least 25% of the time and handheld mode you'd be better off buying a PS4 because the library of games as much better but if you're going to use this as a handheld some of the time then you won't find a better device

Got for my son and so far he loves it. We love it thatnge can play it on the Tv or on the go.

Fun for the whole family. My 6 year old has lots of games that he can play on his own. Mario Kart reminds me of my childhood playing games with my dad- so having a nintendo system is always a must in our house.

Love it. SO much fun. I've been playing Pokemon Sword which is delightfully old-school AND broadcast in full color and to-die-for graphics on my tv-screen. What I would recommend, for the lazy like me, is to download the games rather than purchasing physical copies as it does make switching from one game to another so much easier.

My granddaughter really enjoys this handheld game. The ease of playing it and the portability.

I like having a switch, but I had some problems with mine when I first got it. Straight out of the box, the controller did not work. I had to bring it back to the store the next day, and they were willing to let me trade it in. They said if there was something wrong with the new unit, I wouldn't be able to trade it in again, and I'd have to go through Nintendo. They pushed a 2 year warranty on me in the event that there was a problem with the new unit. The new unit worked great, but after a few months, I started getting problems with the left joy con (a known issue). I'm just dealing with it for now since I'm pretty sure the warranty wouldn't cover the controller and I don't want to mail it into Nintendo.

This is a great console to get the family together. Highly recommend it for anyone with kids.
