The *updated* Nintendo Switch does not disappoint. As compared to my launch day Switch, all the major problems, both software and hardware, have been addressed. Furthermore, the longer battery life comes in handy when using the device in portable mode. I found myself able to play Skyrim on the 5 hour flight to Hawaii (from California) with the battery carrying me through. Exact usability may vary, but I for one and pleasantly pleased with the updated model. Looking forward to limited editions now.

Bought this for my son and he really loves it. It holds charge well and love that he can also take it on the go.

Awesome innovative console. While Playstation and xbox have been releasing very similar consoles with high specs every generation, Nintendo has actually worked on making a console with unique functionality. The ability to switch between home console and portable mode means you can take your big screen games on the go with you. The switch also allows for a big range of customization with various accessories not available to the other consoles.

I love the switch. I got the neon color way because the grey one looked really boring in person. I got the console to play BOTW and it is amazing. I primarily play it docked, but am surprised about how often I play it in portable mode. Joycons have no issue and the battery life is pretty good. I have heard awesome things about the pro controller, but have yet to get one. I would recommended that you buy a screen protector though. Also, if you want to charge it on-the-go then you will also need a USB type A to USB type C cable (there is not one provided).

I waited to pick up the switch till Mario Odyssey and it was worth the wait. I love how portable the system is and how easy it is to dock to my tv/computer monitor. It was easy to set up and feels great in my hands. The screen is a good size but isn’t as nice as say my tv or computer monitor. My only gripe is the cradle in which you dock your switch is made of hard plastic. I’m afraid it’s gonna scratch my screen if I’m not careful. All in all I would recommend this to anyone who wants to play some games on the go or wants to play Nintendo’s great games!

Great guft for grandkids. Bought 2 of threse for grandsons (4 and 5) last Christmas an they both loved them.

We have been dying to get one of these things since COVID started and luckily we got it for original price instead of being up-charged another $100. It's has great family friendly games and they are easy to learn. I did not realize how many games are out there for the switch. Do not buy the games for full price, you can usually find one for a good deal unless you absolutely want it. Overall wonderful switch, works great and we love it! Highly Recommend!

Santa brought this for our 7 and 9 year old and they love it. Easy set up and easy to use. Plus games are kid friendly.

Waiting through most of the pandemic for one of these at list price and finally got one. Well worth the wait.

Arrived even earlier than the original estimated date! Easy to use and fun for a variety of types of games.

The Nintendo Switch changes the game. Cool multiplayer possiblities, great portability and with a strong set of Franchise Games this will be great.

The joy-con are a bit delicate, but I knew that going in. Love the versatility and selection of games available.

excellent game system with all the great nintendo titles. Will need to buy a Sd card if your gonna have a lot of downloaded games.

Bought this to occupy my time after surgery...and it did just that! Took it to my parents (61 & 59) for my 5yr old nephew to play. My dad and nephew played it together and had a blast! So much so that we jist bought my dad his own!!

I’ve owned many different consoles over the years and this by car meets all my expectations. Big screen playing to hand held playing is seemless and doesn’t skip a beat. The play time is about 2-3 hours handheld before having to dock and the controllers themselves have over 3 hours of play time so it’s just amazing. Only flaw I’ve found is that the switch doesn’t have Hulu or Netflix or Internet. If it did I wouldn’t have to worry about switching my hdmi outputs buuuuuut I hear this might come later on so I’ll hold my breath for now on the matter.

The Nintendo Switch is by far one of my FAVORITE video game consoles of ALL TIME; so much so that this one is the 3rd one I've purchased, not for myself but for my Brother so he can experience the joy for himself. If you simply enjoy gaming for the "fun" aspect, do yourself a favour and GET ONE!!!

Had an original switch and the battery life was pretty good. Was waiting for a new release with better battery and this hasn't disappointed through the first few weeks. Worth getting the new chip version than the older one.

The switch is a lot of fun but currently with limited games. So far I only have Zelda and Mario Kart and don't see any reason to purchase anything else for it, but those two are great. The system itself works flawlessly and the portability of it is awesome. Great for taking on trips or for killing some time during slow periods at work!

It has all the best titles-- and you can play them on the go. I mainly PC game and am an avid Overwatch player and have a 144hz monitor and a Nvidia 1080-- but to play, a much slower version, Overwatch at work during lunch is a blast! Voice chat and all the regular toxic Overwatch and is there too. Zelda is top notch, Mario was a blast and all the info titles like DeadCells, Cuphead all run great. Can't complain-- no wonder you can't find this thing in stores!
