A remake of one of the original immersive sims, System Shock does just about everything right. If you are a fan of games like Thief, Deus Ex, Dishonored, etc., you'll be right at home. If you aren't familiar with the genre, just be aware that some patience is required, as the game does not hold your hand, and objectives are never directly communicated to you. You have to explore the game space and come across audio logs and in universe lore to really understand what to do, and sometimes how and when to do it. I played it on PC primarily, but this PS5 version is very well done, everything runs solid, and controls have been adapted well.
