Everything okay, works great. Battery on phone not so good. But will check what can be done

I really love this Windows 8 Phone since I have a Windows 8 computer. I really don't use a "smart phone" very much, which is why I prefer a pre-paid plan, so I was so happy to find such a nice cell phone so reasonably priced.

This phone is good quality and runs amazing. I bought two of them for my son's and they love them. These phones make a good starter phone or for someone who wants a good phone for a low price. The screen is good quality and is very responsive to touch. With windows in the phone it is simple to use but has lots of features. I just could not say enough good things about this phone. Would definitely buy again and recommend to anyone I know.

good phone for a good price fast & Very easy to use

This phone gets the job done and is not hard on your wallet. I purchased this phone for $39.99 and have had no problems. I constantly use this phone to conduct business online. My only complaints about this item are T-Mobile stores, Best Buy and others don't carry the screen protector for this phone and that the chargers for these are notorious for only lasting a few month.

The phone is quite cheap and it works so it is therefore a decent purchase.

It does all stuff what a smart phone will do, great phone at great price.

I was out of town when my phone dropped and broke. I needed something to hold me over until I got home. Best Buys selection of prepaid phones was the perfect answer. I went into the store and an associate helped me right away. thanks Best Buy

I would recommend this phone to others...for me it was simple to use.

Phone does what it's supposed to do. I use it as a work phone but the battery constantly drains, forcing me to use my personal phone. Bought it for cheap, so can't complain too much

I purchased a pair of these new Windows 8.1 pre-paid cell phones operating through T-Mobile. To say they were up to date with the finest technology would be an understatement.They have a talking Personal Asistant named Cortana(similar to Apple's Siri) The phones processor,cameras,and features are far too much and many to list.But there are pleanty of Apps available for this phone thru the Windows store.Easy to use and understand,it has one of the easiest to use touch screen interfaces I have ever seen. Needless to say this phone receives my highest recommendation.

Great starter smartphone . Easy to use would recommend

I'm not a fan of overly-complicated phones, where everyone is different and what one button did on the previous one doesn't do the same on your new one. Which is why I chose this one when my old phone broke

Great starter phone for kids not to difficult to work

great size, and quality. small space for memory though

very basic window phones. very small storage tho. if you are just making calls,texting and playing (Mobile)xbox live games, which pretty much what im doing, its a great phone.

Good looking phone for a beginner, good price too..

Bought this phone because my droid turbo broke and needed a phone to use for a few days. This is definitely not for the experienced smartphone user or tech guru. I would recommend only if this is your first smartphone because of ease of use but it leaves a lot to be desired
