I'm an iPhone user and I wanted to try something new. I've been very pleased with this device and WM8. I am very invested in apple products, so I probably won't switch, but I'll keep the Nokia as a backup. Way better than any android I've ever used

For being a prepaid phone I was impressed with the features it has compared to other phones on the market. Great price and phone for the budget conscious buyer.

I really like this phone. It does what I need and gives me the Windows platform I'm used to with my laptop. I also love Cortana giving me info on what I need.

Love the phone, great features, excellent for on the go business or student with office software. The only issue I have is that it is to small for me. Need to have a larger phone that is available for no contract. Also hard to find cases for the phone you have to search the net best site is EBay.....

Excellent backup phone whenever your primary phone is unavailable. I cracked my screen so badly that it was unusable so until the insurance replaced it, I used Nokia Lumia 530 to tide me over. No complaints!

This is wonderful as a basic phone. It does well with texting and making phone calls. It does have Facebook and does well surfing the internet and checking your e-mail. It even has a good music program. It is a Windows phone and has One Note for organizing and note taking. It doesn't seem to allow for downloading from the Windows store & I have a SD card inserted and have programmed downloads to go to it.

This phone was a gift to my 82 year old mother. She was still on a very old phone but had a laptop and a kindle so it was time to upgrade. she is pay as you go and doesn't go far. the free wifi calling is great and includes texts. Pretty easy to set up and get all things synced.

Picked this phone up on sale... It's pretty good for costing way less than a standard phone and having a prepaid option! I would highly recommended it compared to other entry level phones.

I got this as a backup phone for my T-Mobile prepaid line. It is a solid small smartphone with long battery comparing to my other Android phones. The Windows Phone 8.1 works fast.

I bought this phone for my father to replace his old blackberry. It was perfect for him because it's a good phone to start out with as you transition away from non-touch phones.

Good quality phone for someone who just needs a few basic functions- calling, surfing the web, using the google maps service, and texting. Camera quality could be better, no front camera as well.

I thought Windows Phone has been updated but apparently not with this phone. It's good as a secondary or backup phone. And the price is good.

I bought this for my youngest daughter as a "starter" smart phone, and it has been good so far. She navigates it easy and the phone seems sturdy enough for her. No complaints so far.

I bought the phone for someone else but they seem pretty pleased with it. It does have some limitations but for the price its a bargain.

Purchased this phone for our just turned 13 year old son and he loves it. It is the first Windows phone that we have ever had in our family. We now have three androids, one iPhone and now the Lumia. Performance is good, interface is, well... Windows surface, so if your a Windows desktop or tablet user you should feel right at home. The built in FM tuner for over the air radio is a cool feature. The only improvement I could suggest is better sound from the speaker when playing audio without headphones. Other than that, nice little phone.

Got this phone for my 73 yr old mom.. I was easy for her to understand it and she has had no problems with it

Great phone for the money. Very easy to use. If you don't have an account with tmobile, you'll have to go to your local store and get them to activate it.

I thought Nokia had improved its quality but this phone is not good and some times hangs during the messaging and surfing. May be good for school kids to make & receive calls only

It's great for a pinch or in between contracts. The windows U.I. Is nice but the app selections are a little sparce. If you've had an iPhone or decent android, you might be a little let down. It's not for the tech-jaded, (myself included) but a few years ago, this would have been top of the line specs. For a prepaid, and the price, good phone.

The Nokia is a good phone for people who find android phones to be difficult to use. Very user friendly!
