Customers recognize the reasonable price point of the product, making it a suitable option for students. They also appreciate the camera's functionality and the quality of the pictures taken. However, concerns are raised regarding the short battery life, which lasts only about a day on standby, and the durability of the product, as some users have reported it stopped working shortly after purchase.

Good basic phone

It is a good basic phone for calls and texting if that is what you want. I like the QUERTY keyboard, Nothing fancy. Calendar somewhat clunky and not very user friendly. But if you use a phone to talk and text some, it is fine.

Only lasted 3 months

I got this phone end of March and have to get a new phone early July. My phone turns off about every hour (sometimes more often, sometimes stays on a little longer). The battery is showing full so I have no idea why it just turns off with no warning. I'm very frustrated that I spent money on a phone that only lasts 3/4 months and now I have to spend more money on a new one. Get something else.

TMobil cell phone

I have had TMobil prepaid phones since 2004. I needed to upgrade and always wanted a slider phone. The buttons are small but it works fine. Camera isn't bad for a low cost phone. The nice thing about this phone is it keeps a charge for a long time. I am happy with my purchase.

I got this phone had it for 12 hrs and returned it. The call quality was poor kept fading in and out. all of a sudden it would get really quite like a whisper then it would be really loud. the front keypad is also poorly made. The phone is good if your a heavy texter, but thats about it. I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone

I bought this direct through T-mobile. After few months, the phone was not working properly. I couldn't hear the other party unless I use speaker phone (hand-free)feature. I sent in for repair under warranty but I got it back without any repair ( I paid $5.50 for shipping.) I called Alcatel (which is the company sell this phone through T-mobile.) The customer service asked me to re-send it and I have to pay for shipping again. I disputed why do I have to pay for shipping again to re-send for repair since it wasn't repaired first time. They don't care. I decided not to send it. in. It is poor phone and waste money. Poor customer support. Warranty but no repair. T-moble is not supporting any phone repair service. Alcatel Lucent doesn't care to replace or repair. Don't buy this phone.

Drops Calls

We bought this phone hoping to escape signing up for another contract with our carrier. We just wanted a cheap phone to use for calling and texting. Unfortunately this phone couldn't handle that. Every single call was dropped within 10 minutes. Then you had to wait at least 2 minutes before you could call back and it would get dropped again. This was not a network issue because we tried another phone that worked perfectly under the same conditions. It also had a habit of freezing after sending text messages. This phone is not worth your money even if you just want the basics. Thankfully Best Buy was great about taking back the phone. Thank you for great customer service!

Lost a spare phone and went to buy another. A lot of bells and whistles and somewhat hard to use. Gets the job done. Reception is bad.

I would not buy this product again - I wouldn't accept one if I received it for free. It is a cheap, low quality phone.

It might be marketed as being 3G, but the only time it used 3G was when we visited the T-Mobile store. Highest volume setting was almost too quiet. The keyboard felt flimsy, and the keys were almost too soft and sensitive. We picked up the phone on a Thursday, and we took the phone back on the following Monday.

Bought 3, for wife and kids, use it with $15 a month pre paid, now they can text, inexpensive enough that when my kids lose it or break it, it can be replaced. BTW they are $10 more a Walmart
