Needed an inexpensive 4g pay as you go phone and this fit the bill.

Nice quality phone for the price I paid. Only drawback is there aren't as many available free apps and games that I used to use and play with the google play store (instagram, candy crush), and I can't download any music or ringtones

i like this Nokia Lumia 521 4G No-Contract Cell Phone .cheap and good.

This phone is one of kind. It is the size for a personal phone must be. Moreover, I can't believe that its camera is just 5 mega pixels, because it competes with 8 mega pixels phones. It also has a GPS system and Here drive pre installed from Nokia.

It has a qr code, bar code and windows code scanner built in to the Bing search. Has a music search tool included in Bing as well. Tons of great apps (even though some useful ones are not supported for windows phones YET). Easy to set up and connect to skydrive for near unlimited storage of photos, recordings, etc. Voice operated functions. Has a wallet feature to store membership cards for stores. Can accept a 64gb memory card. Has multiple gps navigation tools included.

The phone is so easy to customize and connect to what ever email account you have. the connectivity with a Hotmail ( MSN, Live, Outlook, Hotmail) Account to your computer is easy and great. It make a busy world much easier to navigate. The apps for the phone are about 90% of what the other operating systems have, and more appear each day. It also has a memory card slot to put your music and pictures on.

I got my phone at Best Buy, very easy to set up with the sites I use. I used it for about a week and showed it to wife how easy it was to use over her old phone, so I purchased her one. I don't play games on my phone but they do have neat options for my wife. She has been using it for 2 weeks now and she really likes it. Would recommend for the older generation because of it being easy to use

I like my Nokia Lumia 521, battery life is much better than in most of known smartphones. Camera video and pictures are very nice. The only cons seems to me is software: sometimes browser's behaviour becomes unclear. Most of apps have cut off screen.

We wanted an entry level smart phone and found it in the Nokia 521. The set up was easy. We are still learning how to use it effectively

This phone is very good. It has good sound quality and long battery life (turned off: internet sharing, wi-fi, bluetooth and location).

Bought 2 of these as upgrades for family members still using older flip phones. Interface is simple enough to use, hardware is well-built (it is a Nokia) and durable. Not at all top-end, but the price reflects that. Bonus: unlike low-end Android phones, the Lumia 521 is upgradeable to the latest Windows 10 builds.

I was not expecting a lot when I bought this phone but, was pleasantly surprised to see all the options this thing had. Wifi calling being the biggest plus for me. Very easy to use and screen was pretty nice.

the pictures are clear easy to use for facebook my apps are easy to install i enjoy my nook on it print is not to small

The only downside is the removal of the back to insert battery. But it works for everyday use.

I didn't expect much from this phone and yet I have been blown away by the operating system. It's so different than the iPhone and the Droid. And that's why it's so,great. You feel like you have something different. That Windows Phone is really something. The operating system is intuitive, you are really connected to your contacts, to your email, to your social networks... And the crazy thing, it's only an entry level Smartphone... Buy it!

Good phone for the price! I like the fact that it uses Windows so I can view my Office documents. Also, works very well with my Bluetooth connection in my car.

This phone is by far the best phone you can get for the price. I paid $99.99 for this prepaid phone so I didn't have to renew or sign up for a contract, and I was able to use right away on my current contract as this was a replacement phone for me. However, I was pleasantly surprised how flawlessly and easy it is to operate. This phone is very user friendly, so it's very easy to operate even if you're not experienced with smart phones. This phone offers many cool features, and also gives you a built in guide for setting up and operating these features. In my opinion it's the best value phone for your money by far!

It worked pretty good on a 8000 mile trip(T-Mobile carrier) across the United States, but the battery life could be better.

Excellent phone, does everything I want it to. I can typically get 2 days between charges, so it seems much more efficient than the smart phones of other people I know, who tend to charge before the day is through. My one complaint is that there is not a file manager, I would expect that on a Window's phone, but it's not enough of an issue to pull it down from five stars. As a side note, a friend of mine has an Iphone 5S, and we did sort of a side by side comparison. There really wasn't much better about the Apple, Siri might be slightly smarter, at least until this updates to WP8.1....

This is my first smartphone. I am what you would call "low tech." Ilike this phone. It is relatively easy to use. It has all the features I need. The price is right. Would buy again.
