Overall its a good phone to use. Doesn't have all the bells and whistle like other smart phones. But its good for the money, i can't complain!

Good phone for the price, seems to work well so far and it is a 4G phone

This phone is alright for now, let's see how it works later. Had to return this one to exchange for the same one since within a week i had to do a master reset on the first phone.

I like this Nokia media phone especially for the price it works great and does everything I need it to do I highly recommend this phone for anyone who wants a good cheap phone and someone who drops there phone a lot

This is my first I-phone.. I like it better than an Android... Tried an Android for one day and I strongly didn't like the slide feature The Windows Phone is very easy to use and a great first time Upgrade Phone!

This phone is great as a first time phone. It is easy to use takes nice pictures.

Lots of features built into this device at a great price. Calls are clear and signal is strong. Screen is bright and easy to read. I wish it has a flash and a front facing camera but for the price it's forgivable they left it out. Windows App Store is a bit behind on apps however they had most of what I was after. If they have one and you want a good smartphone on the cheap this is your device.

Bought this for my husband. It's very durable and he is able to do his time card on the to because of windows 8. It has all the regular android apps. Very durable and the price was perfect

For a beginner smart phone user, this one does well for the price. Pics look great. Video quality is nice. If you have the time, I'm sure it can do much more than what I've done with it.

It is my first smart phone, so I have nothing to compare it to. It is working well for me and easy so far to figure out.

While I like this phone as something different for me, being my first microsoft phone, I have issues with the sound system on here! It's seems too easily disrupted! It is however durable, & it holds more applications than my usual google phones. As a matter of fact, someone recognized the phone as a microsoft phone & inquired about it, & showed me theirs, stating how happy with it they were.

This phone was easy to use from the start. I felt I was actually using my PC from the ease of the windows operating system. Great for a smartphone beginner.

The Nokia 521 is an excellent value and serves as a great introduction to WP8. I got one originally, then got another one soon after. Camera is average at best, but the call/sound quality is amazing! WP8 still needs to work out a few kinks, but overall, a great starter device. Highly recommended.

Great phone for the price. never used a windows phone but was very easy to use. wish it had a flash for camera but can do with out. need accessories for it. wish it had more apps that iam use to with android.

This is a great phone for the value. If you use mostly voice and text an sometimes some apps like facebook or maps then this is the right phone for you.

Bought this phone for my daughters tenth birthday and she loves it. T-mobile family plans works with this phone despite being a prepaid phone. It does however ten to hang up do to its over sensitive touch screen by simply touching it to your face otherwise it is a great solution for a preteens phone needs and is well whiten budget

Easy to use light weight great camera fun cover case

Bought this as a low-cost replacement for my personal cell phone. Since I use my business phone for most of my web surfing, I use this for texting and calling my family. It works great... sounds great. The only improvement would be to the camera, which lacks a flash. The picture quality is also just average. Also, the Windows Phone system takes a lot of getting used to. But other than that, I'm very happy with the phone so far.
