This is a Windows 8 phone. We already have some Windows 8 PCs so we're already somewhat familiar with the Windows 8 User Interface. We're satisfied with the phone and the available apps.

This phone may be a low end smartphone, but make no mistake it runs and smooth as butter. I would recommend this device to anyone looking for an affordable option. Windows Phone 8 is quickly becoming my favorite operating system.

It was fairly easy to use with a logical screen. Windows works for a phone which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, it was accidnetally dropped into water and it did not survice that. Tried to revive, but was forced to purchase another which I have as it is still a good value compared to m,any other worthy, but pricey phones. This time I hope to own it long enough to really learn its capabilities.

Like the phone, wish it was a few inches bigger and maybe more apps in app store.

Its a good phone doesn't have some of the Android apps I love...and no front camera but I've got use to it n love even before I realized it a easy to use phone

I got this for my mom who is 43. It was her first smartphone. It didn't take long for her to get the hang of. It's pretty straight forward. The only thing that was pretty tiring is that there's only one page of shortcuts so if you have a lot of favorites you have to scroll a lot to find what you're looking for. But my mom really likes it. It's a great starter phone.

WP 8 is such a smooth interface and plugs-in to all my other device interfaces (Work PC, HTPC...). Love it. Much nicer than crash-heavy Android, IMHO. Like it even better than iOS. Hardware is plenty powerful. Phone feels solid in the hand.

The Nokia Lumia 521, is not only convenient, easy to use and priced fairly.

I took a chance and this one paid off. Its a great phone and for the price you can't beat it. I truly think you should give it a try

Pretty happy with this phone so far. Its not perfect, but it is easy to use and you can access your email, texts, and the internet with relative ease. The one complaint I have is that it can freeze up and shut down unexpectedly from time to time. Apart from that, however, there is plenty of storage on the phone and it has worked out well.

This phone is one of kind. It is the size for a personal phone must be. Moreover, I can't believe that its camera is just 5 mega pixels, because it competes with 8 mega pixels phones. It also has a GPS system and Here drive pre installed from Nokia.

What a great treat for kids needs extra data phone to add to your family plan. Excellent pricing, color, and availability in the nearest store. A definite keeper. Thanks Best Buy Online....
