Being with tmobile is a nice experience and want to continue my service with them for as long as possible.

It was a very quick sale and the lady was very nice and helped me get in and out quick as I needed to purchase a new sim as my other one broke.

I bought the sim to check my unlock at&t ph and the sim was a damaged one. Moreover, after, i recharged it with $10, i couldn't use it and best buy even didn't replaced the sim which is very annoying and all my money is wasted.

I like it, and I always tell my friend to take all what they beed from best buy.

This SIM card actually works for unlocked phones. I bought 2 and no problems. SIM card from T-Mobile cost only $1, but don't even try to make it work for unlocked phones.

The product is just okay, my expectations were higher than the product can go, although still a okay product. If I knew I would have chose another carrier. But I am happy regardless.

Not much can go wrong with a sim card and there is that much you can comment on it...

This is a FULL-SIZE sim, or "standard" as described here. No modern phone uses a full-size sim, so this product will not help many folks.

The Sim Card was easy to set up through phone activation. I got my pre-paid account up and running within a few minutes.

Best buy for your money in value and service. Great service and support.

I purchased a T-mobile start sim kit from Best Buy. After I left the store I attempted to activate the card in a T-mobile phone and was unable to. I contacted T-mobile and they told me that Best Buy didn't properly activate the card and asked me to return to the store. I returned to the store and instead of addressing the issue they simply refunded my original purchase and sold me another kit. I asked them to try to setup this new kit while in the store buy they insisted I had to do it myself at home. I left with the new kit and once home attempted to activate it. Once again the activation failed. I contacted T-mobile and they again insisted that the card was not properly activated by Best Buy and asked me to RETURN again to the store. At this point it's not worth my time. I will simply purchase a new kit from another store and never use Best Buy again for any mobile phone need.
