Hotspot picks up very well even when dont have cell service. Great speed and not hard to set up and good price. Tried another brand and did not work as good.

This was the only pay as you go mobile hotspot that allowed thirty days of use even after you've used up your high speed bandwidth. Most of the time my ROKU still played programs even at the slower speed with little buffering. This is the way to stick it to the cable and phone companies.

Worked great. Setup was easy, including picking a data plan on the T-Mobile account website. We even used it on the road allowing my partner to work on the laptop while I drove.

Great product / easy to set up / great price - bought these for guests at my hotel who needed a suplement to our wifi. Great response from guests - I would buy more if the need came up.

This is a wonderful product, and works great with lots of coverage! The only problems I had were setting it up. The instructions were not clear and very hard to follow which made it nearly impossible. Otherwise it works great!

Have been using this hotspot on and off for about 2 months and so far havent had any issues. Gets good signal as I mostly use it while I am on the road and so far no disconnects and battery lasts too.

Nice to have private WiFi connection when I want it. Feel much more secure with this option. Coverage is pretty good. Like the options for buying time but wish T-Mobile would remove the consecutive day requirement on their packages.

This hotspot does what it promises and provides access to multiple devices. Good options according to your needs and budget. Experienced some issues witth the t-mobile site but this did not affect access to internet service.

This 4G T Mobile hot spot device works great, its like a pay as you go phone, you pay for internet access as you use it. I have been using it for a month now and I found it to be very reliable.

I bought this for my son for the car and on trips since his tablet isn't on a mobile plan, only wifi. This hotspot is perfect. And it really doesn't use as much data as I thought it would. It works great but I can't figure out how to change passwords/time/date etc even after going online on laptop. Other then that this is a great thing to have handy!

does what it says on the tin! without it your not going to be getting online! lol easy to use also very quick even with multiple devices connected! the kids love the fact the car now has internet

What a colossal pain in the behind to start up! Bounced from person to person. Given wrong info had to start over for times and promised to call to ensue connectivity. Never heard from. Called back, transferred and then a www someone who could actually get me going. Once all connected worked very well. Gotta connect periodically and this weekend will see how that goes. So far mixed feelings about entire process. Happy to have Internet acces when need it though.

It serves our purposes well although I do find that it slows down sometimes. That's to be expected and I love that there's no contract. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.

IT IS OKAY. SOMETIMES IT TAKES A LITTLE WHILE TO CONNECT TO MY LAPTOP AND THE BATTERY NEEDS CHARGING QUITE OFTEN. I HAVE NOTHING TO COMPARE IT TO, SO I GUESS IT IS AVERAGE.

Brought this to use on a east coast road trip. It worked well from MA to DC. Once i hit the Virginia line, say goodbye to any service. I went down to South Carolina and I didn't see anymore good service until my i got to the major city in my hometown. Overall i would say its ok but once i take this road trip again, i will be using a Verizon hotspot. As for the zte device alone, i have no complaints..

sign up for a plan its cheaper than the prepaid cards. I got on the Promo plan for 10$ a month for 5GB 4G LTE then slows down to 3G

This hot spot comes really handy because my tablet and laptop I could use almost amy where without worrying about wifi and Internet This is a very cool item that lets me use the Internet from my my smart phone to my tablet and laptop and it really works great plus the best buys great price makes it a perfect arch.

I have had this about a month a half now and so far it works great. I don't use it every day, but about 3 to 4 times a week. It was very easy to set up and connects to the T-Mobile cells and my computer very fast. I wish the GB were a little cheaper but it seems to be the cheapest one out there based on my research.

Prior to purchasing this hotspot I was unable to get on the Internet. This hotspot enabled me to enjoy my vacation in Florida as I was able to check my work emails and respond accordingly.

am happy I got this one is more cheaper then Verizon, I used it. For my PS3 and it's working good....
