Bought it b/c our u-verse service was down for a week and it work great. The device got a strong 4G LTE signal in my area, overall pleased.

I've tried, including this, 4 different types of t-mobile hotspots. And even though the first 3 models where twice the price of this one , they......did not work nearly as well as this particular model: ZTE - T-Mobile 4G No-Contract Mobile Hotspot. I will say from my own experience: It is an excellent product, reliable, and affordable price. -( You cannot beat that )- I will highly recommend it!

Just what I was looking for. A portable, easy to use and reasonably priced hotspot.

There are so many times when I'm out of town or away from my home computer and I need to access the internet to do some work. Having this T-Mobile Hotspot device has been an absolute GOD SEND for me! I've used it at home when our WiFi went down, at the beach while my husband was fishing and we were along for the ride, traveling in the car, it's amazing! Highly recommend picking one up!!! Even after you use your high speed data, you can still access the internet at a lower speed if you use the monthly plan. It's fantastic! Thanks Best Buy and T-Mobile for making staying connected so easy!

It does what I need it to do. Lags sometimes but other than that it's good

So got it and started testing it was told I could still use it after 6 gig would run out but would run slow. Mine actually would not work until I bought more gb. When I went to get 6 gb more cost more. Now I up it to 10 gb and pay more. I will test it more but might end the monthly service. Paying now as much as I do for home service. Battery last ok, wish I could keep the charge longer. Really need to check that your area is good for T-Mobile otherwise buy another brand. Husband has Verizon brand and hasn't had issues yet.

Great product to have as its a pay as you go item so I can choose how much data I want. Comes in handy so you don't use up all the data on your phone or tablets. It's great cause you can take it virtually anywhere and can connect multiple devices to it as well.

This Hot Spot was simple to set up and easy to carry and re change. The price is great and you can refill as you need to

This turned out to be a good hotspot but tge service is about expensive as habing another phone line.

I bought the hotspot at my kids kept taking a huge bite out of my regular contract. Kept looking at all services and T-mobile seemed to over the best for data i needed. The hotspot itself has worked great although like mentioned the battery life could use some improvements. On one charge it lasted around 6hours maybe. I guess i expected more since i don't see it doing much at times. As for the service well I did have some issues at first with how the worded the contract but for the price i still couldn't be happier. The kids are happy with their videos. Wife gets to use her phone so that makes me happy at the end.

There are still places that don't offer free wifi so when I'm traveling I needed a bsckup and this product was great. Lightweight and pocket size. It was hard to setup an account with the provider claiming they hsd website issues. However, once it was worked out the product has been a gem.

Well I have used the hotspot for over a month and have had no connection issues. It's portable and does not suck the data up. Best deal for much needed wifi access.

It works well for what I wanted it for but I don't always get the 4G signal even in areas where I should. I just bought it as an alternative wifi source for when i am not at home so I don't use it that much.

I purchased this because I am always on the go and I don't like to use up my phone data. Despite the random reception interferences, it works quite well.

T-Mobile $10 to match your phones data plan (I have a 5GB plan for $20) plus with this deal, you get an extra 5GB for the Mobile hotspot from 2014 till the end of 2015 for only $10. Other then that, great device, compact, easy to use and set up. Doesn't freeze, unlike other devices.

I like to travel and I don't always have access to Internet. I did some research about getting wifi in my car and discovered mifi. Affordable for sure.
