Works everywhere!!! I was skeptical because it was $35 and T Mobile no contract, but it works awesome. In any medium sized metro area I get 4g and in rural I get 2g which is still fast enough for me to surf. I am easily able to Skype with it.

The product works great. I have absolutely no complaint with the quality and efficiency of the product. It's just a shame they don't offer a better way of topping up once you have used up the time you that you purchase that you think you need for the month. You have to start all over again as if you haven't purchased anything already. Estimate you data use closely.

I looked for a pay as you go hotspot, this one seamed the best value and allowed me to buy data as needed

This is my first hot spot device and I have been happy with the coverage. I wish I could see how much data is being used on the device. Besides that, no complaints

Strong signal, no loss of Internet so far. T-mobile data plan was reasonably price.

The initial set up is difficult. It will not function as a hot spot until you get the account set up that way through tech support. Doesn't make any sense to purchase a hot spot that automatically sets up a phone account until they change it through tech support?? Once that was complete, it works great!

This is a product which is not cheap and the monthly fee is high; yet it is better to tie cans to strings for better reception. It failed in our hotel room in Las Vegas and El Paso. Very poor reception in Atlanta also. I recommend cans and strings or send smoke signals.

I bought it in my home town. Tried to use it 400 miles away on a trip but it wouldn't work. Found a store and that's where we met Anthony,who passed us to Melvin Sobrepena who worked & worked on it and FINALLY, he was able to set us up correctly, and got us up and running. Thanks to them and especially Melvin for all the hard work involved. Finally we were able to use it online and do any and all necessary work safely and securely.

This is my second ZTE 4G hotspot from bestbuy. It works great but less reliable. My first one stoped working in less than one year.

When I travel this is perfect. I feel safer connected to my device instead of a public wifi.

In spite of the fact that I used the device in San Jose, where Tmobile service is at it's best, at times my wifi is so slow that dial up looks good by comparison

Product performance is important to me, this product pleases me. I expect to be able to manage device settings more than just basic settings, settings that are available help me feel secure when I am connected to device.

Set up - simple. Reception - excellent. Price - perfect.

Good and convenient to use. Battery life could be better and it seems to use up data at a frustrating rate. However, it serves its purpose and works well.

This little device connects and stays connected to the T-Mobile network perfectly.

Bought hotspot to mate up with Bluetooth system on cycle. works perfect,just slip into my bag and rollin' with music!
