I have really enjoyed using this hotspot it is very reliable. I was worried that because it is so much cheaper than all the other hotspot devices that it wouldn't work well but, I was wrong it work great. There can be three more of my family using this hotspot and it still works great. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Supports a fair number of connections. Consistent and easy to use, very portable. Provides minimum 4G speeds, not LTE. Battery life is sufficient.

This product is not that good it claims to have fast speed internet But so far this internet been slow

Mobile hot spots are in the game of one of the top gotta haves......Nice product.

This product works well in major cites but as we were traveling from Chicago to Detroit, it did not work through all the cities we passed. My friend's son wanted to play games on his tablet but was unable to because of the poor service in the smaller cities between Chicago and Detroit. It works great in major cities.

Probably would work fine in an area it works in. I even double checked with T-moblle and they told me it would work where I was going in NY. Disappointed about being misled

Used for 4 wifi devices, very fast, easy setup, decent battery, enables you to hard wire a computer for Internet as well as wifi devices, I set up a small network for my desktop, laptop, tablet, and printer. Excellent coverage would highly recommend!

The hot spot has truly helped me while working at home.

I purchased this for my parents who do not have internet access where they live. The device works perfectly! My parents are satisfied with the performance. They don't need anything fancy for the Internet. This was simple to use. Now, if they can only try to not use up the high speed data before the month ends... that's another story for another time.

Its easy to refill, it covers my needs because I'm not a regular user (I'm an international traveler) and it has a wide range of refill options.

Driving all over the country I was looking for something to keep me with a signal. T-Mobile might not be covered everywhere but it has a large area.
