    This phone was supposed to be an upgrade from the Galaxy Grand Prime. The performance is a little less to be desired and only 8gb memory., which is used up in a hurry! Definitely not worth the money spent.

    Not bad for a cheap phone. But don't expect amazing things with this phone. Had some trouble handling simple apps. Lots of freezing and bad visual quality. But it gets the job done.

    Bought this phone for my husband and he hasn't complained once!! I think we have a winner! : ) Then I got my dad the same phone and it seems to be working out for them both. Had them a couple months now.

    Great upgrade to my small samsung prepaid phone. Bought 32gb micro sd long with it. Best buy description did not state micro sd slot, found out from the manual which is a plus up to 128 gb micro sd.

    It functions as well as any high dollar phone but the memory sucks. Can't run many apps. You get what you pay for so just don't have high expectations

    Buying this phone from Best Buy saved me about $40.00 by not buying it at T-Mobile. I am technology challenged and I have contacted Best Buy on a few occasions for assistance with the phone.

    We like this phone. It does what it supposed to do: Call people we need. Some extras (junk) as usually there. that is one downer. Would pay more if there existed a phone without crapware.

    Mom went from a flip phone to this Samsung. She has adapted to it quite well. Is using the calendar feature to schedule appointments, and even texts me now! She is very happy with it.

    my son had a six-year-old Samsung Galaxy that stopped working. I bought this prepaid phone at a very good price. We put in the Sim card for our T-Mobile account and we were good to go.

    Bought this phone when my original phone broke. Good phone when you need a backup phone til you get a new one. Camera isn't the best everything is really dark.
