We needed a cheap phone without a camera and looked everywhere until we came across this one at best buy. The problem was we needed it next day and has to drive All the way to Bastrop to get the phone after ordering the night before. But it has worked out.

The sound and voice quality is great on calls. IF you buy this phone to work with a regular T-Mobile account be sure to get voice mail set up properly as there are extra steps. This phone has been working well. Minus a star for the lame attempt at accessing the internet. You just can't do it on this phone. Samsung could make a budget phone that works a lot better for about the same price.

I got this phone for my nine year old daughter and my teenager when she has bad grades. It works great and the monthly payments are ten bucks a month. For talk and text only.
