Nice phone with a great price, it has everything you need and more

My 11 year old is loving this ZTE Obsidian phone! It is feature rich for a budget price. Best Buy has it for the best price around.

This is my first smart phone, and I'm happy with it, but there are definitely some pro's and con's... PROs: -Easy to set-up -Able to call or send texts over Wi-Fi if you have a weak signal, even with the prepaid pay-as-you-go plan (TMobile) -Decent cameras -Good sound quality CONs: -It's only a 4 GB phone, no matter what they say at BestBuy, which is a bit limited. Do a quick search for ZTE Obsidian Specs and you'll see. -It's definitely a battery hog. With WiFi activated, battery does not last more than 2 days. Can do much better if WiFi is off. -I bought a 16 GB SD card, but I don't think you can move apps to the card unless you root the phone. I did manage to set-up the card as the default storage for pictures, so that helps. -Calls and texts over WiFi are not free, at least not with my plan.

This smartphone may be cheap, but it has all the features I need in a smartphone. The only thing that I'm not happy about is the internal storage. The VoLTE is a very welcome addition though.

Bought my last pre-paid flip cell phone from Walmart. I kept it as long as it held breath. Broke down when the darn thing kept turning off. Best decision that I could have made. Should have done it sooner. Thanks, Best Buy! Sales dude was very knowledgeable.

I bought this as a replacement phone for my daughter. Couldn't be happier. Great storage, camera, etc.

Best feature is that it links with internet allowing no use of my prepaid minutes. This occurs when I am at home only.

still getting to know the features this was a replacement because I had purchased an extened warrenty fro best buy. I will always to that for any products I purchase there because it paid off.
