I really enjoy this phone because it has everything that I need to participate professionally in all my daily activities... There is an alarm for all the things that I need to remind myself of and the wifi is great...

The is an entry level smart phone with an affordable price. You can download apps from google play store, shoot photos, play music, play video. The size is just right and it feels good to hold it in your hands. Battery lasts a long time after it's fully charged. Voice quality is excellent as well. Now the cons include, no led flash, no front camera, and only 1.25 gb of space free,

    Good starter android device

This is a good starter device to run android apps. I haven't tried this with T-Mobile sim yet, but just with Wi-Fi. The apps load up fine and the sd card option is great (due to low memory on the device). I am having good battery life of close to 10 hours on this device. The camera could be better, but for something that is less than $20 and with recent BestBuy promos, this couldn't be a better device.

    My first smart phone

I wasn't sure what to expect since this is my first smart phone, so I decided to shop around for the best price and read up on the reviews which Best Buy website was very helpful for. Anyway had it narrowed down to this one (ZTE Zinger) which has android and a Samsung (which had Windows). Decided on the Zinger because had heard that WIndows operations had not perfected the cell phone yet . SO far no problems except ones caused by an inexperienced user such as myself. But have only had it two weeks, finding the manual, and both Best Buy and T-mobile customer service both very helpful and the phone seems easy to use. Only complaint is the icons are very sensitive and migrate all over the screen but that is easy enough to fix. I am not used to something so sensitive, as in the past with a "flip phone" Samsung, I had to hit the keys really hard to get them to do anything! My only concern is finding a case small enough to protect this phone because it is smaller than alot of the other popular phones out there like the I-phones etc. That is the one thing that ZTE company has not been helpful about. Best Buy recommended I try the mall kiosks near my house but struck out there also. They could not tell me where I could get one so I may have to settle for the closest size. So if anyone out there knows where to get something like an Otter Box for this phone, please let me know. So far all I have is a static cling screen protector.

    Backup Phone

This phone makes a perfect short-term backup phone, for just in case my phone is damaged and unable to be used. It feels a little dated, not as advanced as my current LG Optimus F6. The screen is quite small. Camera quality not that good. This phone would make the perfect device for teens or those looking for a cheap, but quality, backup phone.

Nothing special here, a very basic phone and well worth the $20 normal price; I bought it on sale for $10. Low screen resolution, limited memory and limited storage are to be expected at this price point.

This is my first "smart" phone, and it is a good beginning one. The screen is a little small, much smaller than some of the big monster phones out there. But that can be good also, if you don't want to carry a huge device in your pocket, like me. I am used to carrying my little "dumb phone", which was a good enough phone for me. But anyway, I like this one, now that I finally have a "smartphone" The Only problem I have encountered with this phone is if I try to log in to my Facebook, Yahoo, or Twitter, the phone always tells me I have entered the wrong password!!! And I know the password is right, because I can try to log in to the same account on my laptop, and I enter my password, and it logs me in. But, strangely, the phone doesn't recognise the passwords. That's not such a big deal for me, because if I want to go on my Facebook, I would rather use my laptop..... Other than that, this is a great little phone, and I like it!

This is actually a very good phone for the money. It costs $20.00 when I bought it which is what a normal basic/non-smart phone costs (not including the promotion for $20.00 Best buy gift card when buying a smart phone so it is kind of free). It functions quite well, but may not be the phone to use for installing a lot of games, as the storage is limitted. The ROM looks like a modified Cyanogen Mod, for those who is familiar with tinkering with your phone's OS system. It has most of the usual Android phone apps, but I like using the built-in speech-to-text to jot down notes and to save time typing on the keyboard.

This phone is dirty cheap, around 20 bucks. It has all the basic function of smart phones. You can read news. You can watch youtube. You can use Google map. It runs smoothly. I would call it a good deal with this price.

Only used this as a backup phone in case the other one gets lost. At this price point, don't care if it's slow or has no memory. Just need to be able to call or text or get onto the network in a hurry,

Good no frills phone I bought when visitors out of the country come by to visit. Works great on T-Mobile prepaid plans. The price point is right and it has all the modern features. It's not a flagship phone and isn't meant to compete with iPhone or Samsung/HTC/LG flagship handsets.

I bought this for my 13 year old daughter. It is great because it only cost $30 and she can text, Facebook, email, telephone and search the Internet as long as she has wifi. We have wifi at home, it is free at the malls, Starbucks, the library and the YMCA. Even if she doesn't have wifi, she can use it to listen to music and take pictures. I love that it doesnt have a data plan and the phone was so cheap that if she loses it or breaks it it would be no big deal. A great toy with all of the important functionality for a very reasonable price. Also, the phone's screen is made of plastic, not glass, so it is less likely to break if you drop it.

This is a super cheap phone that does what you'd expect. It serves as a basic device for maps, email, browsing, and youtube; however if you're expecting to install a lot of apps, or play games, this phone is not for you. After updating the OS and apps, I barely had any more space to install anything else; even with an external micro-SD card. I'd say that this phone is worth it for any minimalistic user.

This phone doesn't pretend to be something else, from the very beginning you know that this is a cheap phone both in feel and price. The screen is barely the necessary for today's apps with some buttons just too small to comfortably select them if you have big hands. To speak of colors and viewing angles in a screen like this would be nothing new since they appear dull and the angles are not that good. Having said that, even with just a dual core and 512 mb of RAM this phone feels snappy, all thanks to Google and their much needed improvements made in their latest release KitKat. Apps that are not very taxing on the phone load just fine, browsing can be sluggish but only on webpages that are rich with plugins and ads. Wikipedia and news pages should be OK. Lastly battery life is great, since the phone doesn't have to power an HD screen or a big processor this phone gets about the same time a more expensive phone would. As a backup phone this is a great phone!

Video quality is great. When connecting to bluetooth there is a noticeable lag. Only other problem (depending on the person) is there is no front facing camera. Other than that, this is a great little phone. I bought it due to it's lo price. My son does not need an expensive phone. This works better than quite a few expensive phones I've seen.

Great battery life, compact and it is 4g capable. I steam pandora music and Hulu shows flawlessly. However the memory space for apps is very low and picture resolution could be better. I Would recommend only as a temporary phone.

I like that it has maps youtube and pretty much any other app you can get on android. I will say that the screen is rather small and the pop up keyboard gets in the way when texting as a result but, aside from that you can't beat it for less than thirty bucks.
