If you're a fan of t.v. shows like Twilight Zone and Monsters then you're sure to enjoy this series. The video quality is pretty good though not the HD clarity you'll get with bluray's of recent, the audio clarity is also nice and sharp but again not like with today's shows. For those of us who grew up watching this show, it's a must own.

I've always loved Tales From The Darkside, and was able to watch the final season when it originally aired. Like most anthology series, some episodes are great, some good, and some you only will watch once. I was excited to add this entire series to my media library, but the video quality is poor - it looks about as good as it did on broadcast TV back in the late 80's. Still, I'm happy to revisit the show, and the price for 12 DVD's was good.

Only us Gen X'ers remember this series from the mid to late 80s but to have all 4 seasons in one new set at this price you can't beat it. Picture quality is as good as it can be given they pulled many episodes from original tape to air tapes. The nostalgia factor alone should make you happy to have these as they'll never be remastered!

This is a very well done series! The strangeness of the stories are super! In my opinion, this series is as much fun to watch, as any of the series of its kind. Such as Twilight Zone, Tales From Crypt, etc. If you are a fan of this type show? Please do not miss this one!

This series was great as a kid and it's awesome to be able to watch them again! These aren't available in Blu Ray or digital download yet so this is the only thing available. However it still looks great playing with a Blu Ray player.

Dark Side, Twilight Zone, Tales from the Crypt, One Step Beyond............ What can I say, These were the very best of the Horror-Sci-Fi ,that Television had to offer. And what an offer it was. These shows were phenomenal !!!!!!!

I have been waiting so long for this to come out as a complete collection. I remember watching this show growing up and getting creeped out. These stories still hold up today as they did then. Definitely a great purchase.

I am a huge tales from the crypt fan so I thought I'd give this show a try since it seemed very similar. This definitely was a good decision, it has all the same elements of tales from the crypt except the comedic element. Well at least it's that way through the first half of season 1 .

Always had just the first disc of the first season and to get the whole show is great and I love the plots to each story. They are like big karma lessons for the greedy, selfish and rude people.

Couldn't pass up this one. Every episode from the 1980's horror TV show from director George Romero. Perfect for those who enjoyed watching Twilight Zone. Once I began watching, I had to finish every one. Hard to find. I only wish that it was blu ray.

I want to thank you again for releasing this series in a box set. I had all 4 season's of this series, and it took up a lot of room on the shelf. This takes up less than 1/2 of the space. Thanx again

I love this! Brings back memories of my childhood. Shown in the original format as when i aired. Quality is original as well, not digitally enhanced, but thats what I love about it! There are actors and actresses in each episode that were big in the day.

A classic from the 80's.George Romero started this little horror TV show back then in the likes of twilight zone.If you were a fan when it was on this is a must own.Picture Quality is great not hd but clean picture.Though definitely looks it's age.Dolby Digital 2.0.

It has been years since I saw these originally. They are very entertaining and the writing is much better than many of today's current programs. A great jewel to have in ones collection.

This was one of my favorite shows as a child. I remember staying up late on Saturday nights to try to catch it. It is a bit more cheesy than i remember but hey, it was the 80's. Now that i have this collection, i can officially say, the dark side is always there.

This series has nostalgic value for me. I was excited to find it for such a good price at Best Buy. I recommend buying from Best Buy because of the good price for 4 seasons of a fantastic horror series brought to us from George A. Romero. Great Product!!

This is just a repackage of the old release at a discount price. The best way to go I say. If you enjoy horror this is a must buy set.

I watched this back when it was on all those years ago. Loved it then as I do now. And seeing familiar stars is groovy. If you love horror or scary stories get this collection.

This series I saw when I was a kid. It still holds today what it did for me earlier in life, made me laugh and creep me out almost at the same time. Its worth seeing.
