This is actually my first collector's edition of a Tales game. When I preordered this a few weeks ago, I got the game day one! It came in a nice little plastic box. It was pretty thin. Then there was a paper box on the inside with the decorative print on it that I think was described in the official contents list. Inside this box contained all the neat stuff and the game. The game was in it's original case like the standard edition only it was "not for resale". Plus, it had the one DLC code on a slip that automatically gives you classic Tales costumes, the special chapter (that's available for free on PSN currently) and I think some other bonus items as well as a theme. Other than that, there was a BluRay movie, (which is only about less than an hour), the box with the little phone charms/keychains, the box with the little figures (that you have to kinda put together), a steelbook with the CD selections (as well as a slot to put the game if you want) and a little art book. As for the game, I love the Tales series. I have only played it for about a few hours day one, but I plan to play it more often when I get the time. I think it is very interesting how they changed the gameplay style. It is also more open world. So far, I think the game itself is great and I am loving the characters and their designs. I can't wait to get to the part in which you get to fight classic Tales characters. Oh, and one more thing, even on the PS4 version, you cannot use the native screen capture for this game for some reason (yet people still Twitch etc. the game using either the PC version or external capture equipment). It was a real bummer that I found that out the hard way because I like taking pictures and video of gameplay instead of saving too many files to replay my favorite parts. I guess I'll have to deal with that then. Oh, and remote play takes some getting used to when I play on my Vita. Other than that, I think this is a great game and if you love the Tales series as much as I do (and plenty of others), then you will enjoy this game, too. :3

The collector's edition for Tales of Zestiria was amazing. Comes with a lot of goodies and they are all quality items. The figures come in a box and you have to put the figures together. The collector's item is numbered out of 20,000. I opened mine and the boxes are a bit hard to open without damaging the box so be extra careful if you don't want any bends. I would recommend this to people who like anime collector's items.

If you're looking for some rpg games or a fan of the tales series, look no further. Tales of Zestiria has everything you need with a great storyline, graphics, and battle system.

This is a great collector's edition for the game. I wish the steelbook had more character art on it instead of just the title logo but it's nice regardless. The set of figures makes nice display. The artbook and movies are nice extras and I love using the keychains. Last but not least, it's nice that they made the box the same size as previous Tales collector's edition, looks like a set on the shelf!

Regarding the collector's edition: this is definitely one of the better collector's edition since you get a lot of good stuffs for the value (from art book to steel case to DLC). Regarding the game, it's a very good game with tons of side quests. The battle system is similar to previous tales games with a couple of new additions and better graphic. Overall, a very good tales game from the series.

I always get excited when the latest Tales game comes to the States. Tales of Zestiria is no exception. It has everything a JRPG fan would want. Great story, great graphics and exceptional presentation. The collector's edition is well worth the extra money too. I was really impressed with all the extras that come with the game.

Tales of Zestiria is the latest addition to the Tales' Series and the staple game that marked the 20th anniversary for the series altogether. While Zestiria doesn't play like Symphonia or Abyss, Zestiria does have a diverse open-world mechanic that lets you explore and visit various dungeons, towns, and viewpoints that emphasizes the universe the story of Zestiria takes place in. As for the combat system, it may come off as tricky to newcomers of the series, but once you get the hang of things it is actually not that difficult to pull off various combo's and discover weaknesses of enemies you're facing. Tales of Zestiria is a brand new story game and not a canon sequel to any of the previous games, so feel free to go into this game not knowing any previous backstory from the previous titles.

This CE is really nice with a lot of extras. Numbered also on the top of the box. Great game and addition to the Tales series

A good JRPG is really hard to find but Tales manages to impress with a great combat system and story.

It's a fun jrpg. If you like tales games, or jrpgs in general, it's a fun game. It does have some problems with the camera in enclosed areas, and the frame rate can dip some, but it's an overall solid game with lots to do.

The Tales series is known for pushing out quality RPGs. This one does not disappoint. The main selling point of many JRPGs is the combat system and Zestiria does not disappoint. The art style continues to work but it will be interesting to see if they ever decide to change up the formula especially with the newer consoles offering more graphical options. If you are a fan of the Tales series I would recommend!

Pretty good for any RPG or Tales of Fans. The open world is bland at times, but the battle system makes up for it.

If you are a fan of jrps's or the Tales series, you will love this game. I got the collectors edition with all the extras, if you're into that. There's also a regular efition too.

If you love action-RPGs then this is a must-have. The developers really outdid themselves this time and it's a fresh and exciting game with amazing visuals.

I'm really glad Namco keeps releasing these great Collector's Editions for their Tales of series which is huge in Japan but takes a backseat to FF and Kingdom Hearts here in the US. This is the first Tales of game released for the PS4 and so far it's awesome the art is amazing and if you got the Collector's Edition all the extras were awesome especially the Chibi figures.
