Awesome Exercise DVD
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic programs!. Warm-up & cool down also as well as 2 bonus programs. Each ten minute program is positive, upbeat, easy to follow and fun. The first time - I did three in a row! Highly motivating and easy to do at home.
