So, you already pay (or overpay, depending on your perspective) for an award-winning vacuum, then you discover it doesn't have all of the accessories that you need to get the job done. Enter the Dyson Tangle-free Turbine Tool, a nifty piece of engineering that works well but, in my opinion, should have been included in the box with ALL Dyson vacuums. To add salt to the wound, the purchase price just includes the tool and there is no carrying or storage case. When you finish cleaning up and start wishing the tool would stow away neatly like on other vacuums, this flaw becomes significant, especially considering its premium pedigree and cost. As for the performance, this thing hums along so quietly it's almost impossible to hear its motion over the roar of the vacuum's own engine. It seems to be slightly smaller than other brands' turbo tools but it performs flawlessly, leveraging the full, legendary suction of a Dyson and not tangling on items with stray threads such as rugs. I have no complaints in the performance. Now, we could just work on that price...

Purchased primarily for use on stairs and it works great. Also works wonders in the bathroom on rugs and tiles. The price is a little high, but if you are spending $400+ on a vacuum whats another $70.

Though it was a redundancy to have another tangle free tool since the original head of the Dyson vacuum can be opened and cleaned, it saves the work of detaching your vacuum head device every time after you clean your room. It is a convenient but also pricy item. Another complaint is about Best Buy never have the correct price tag on the correct item. No matter I buy it in NY or LA. This tool was marked $30 something and I thought it was a sale and found out the actual price was $68 at checkout. They will always say the marked price was wrong but never correct it.

This is a good attachment for removing cat hair off various furniture and any pet bedding. It doesn't clog or get jammed.

I have a 3 year old white lab and I am OCD to keep my house clean. It gets hard with his hair out constantly. This attachment does wonders on my couch and his dog beds. I even used it on him once...he didn't appreciate it. :) If you have a dyson and a pet, this is a must!

This attachment saves so much time. It picks up dog hair super easy on the couch.

The tool does what it says. But it still requires pulling out the fur from the brushes as they get clogged. I would like for it to be wider so that it could be used more efficiently. It takes a long time to remove cat fur from couches and pillows. I will use it, but it could have been better.

My only complaint about this device is that it is TOO good. It sucks a little too hard making vacuuming of bathroom carpets or anything that isnt nailed down HARD to vacuum without the assistance of another person to hold the item down. other than that WOW great device.

We wanted simple with not a million tools we would never use. This tool is versatile as we use it on the steps, furniture, car, etc. Very good power and hard to bog down. Great for getting up short, white dog hairs from our pointer.

This Dyson Tangle-Free Turbine attachment works exactly as designed. Picks up dirt, debris, and most specifically hair without wrapping around and getting tangled on a brush bar. Works flawlessly with our Dyson DC59 Animal.

Was a bit hesitant to buy this at first because of it being a different from the usual brushes on a roller design, but I have to give them credit, this thing works great. Wish we would've bought one a long time ago.

I bought this because the normal attachment would "freeze up" and stop rotating while cleaning pet hair off of the furniture. In addition I used the normal attachment to clean the floor and I didn't like the idea of using the same attachment on the floor cleaning up cat litter and on the couch for cat hair. I am really happy with this attachment. It does not freeze up and stop rotating and does great cleaning up cat hair from both the short and long hair cats. The way it rotates also keeps it from getting clogged up with hair. Very happy!

I have used both the old turbine and this one and this one by far is the best tool I have used with my Dyson when it comes to cleaning up after my Sheltie and all his hair. This is great for stairs, cleaning off furniture, and even cleaning under furniture. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with a Dyson vacuum.

Lifts pet hair in seconds! Best money I ever spent ! Have 4 dogs & cat , picks up hair and lint and cleaned pet beds like a dream ! Dyson does not disappoint!

This vaccum attachment is great... It's great for any kind of pet hair and people hair too... It has a high price but it is worth every penny I spent on it...

Dyson has outdone themselves again! This is a great tool if you have pets and it is tangle free. I love this attachment.
