I was a bit skeptical due to the cost of this item, but it was a pleasant surprise how great it is. Perfect height and stability for my camera.

The tripod was not working properly! It would not adjust to another height, which means I had to make it stay at a specific height with tape and string(a pain).

The tripod head is made out of a brittle type of plastic. Upon opening the box, the hinge was already cracked through. The tripod legs appeared to be a lightweight gauge of aluminum, and would support a point-and-shoot or prosumer type of camera. I wouldn't try to support a DSLR with this tripod, that would be too much weight with a zoom lens. Thankfully the Best Buy return process was painless.

It does everything I need it to do. The only extra I could ask for are levels but it's really not necessary for me.
