This is the only charger I could find for my laptop as my other one was stepped on accidentally but it works great.

Product is good and meets my needs. Good price, durable.

Was told that current hp power supply would possibly not work so was offered an alternative product..very happy

My only gripe about it, is that sometimes its too hard to plug into my laptop port, but still works just fine.

The price was higher than I would have liked, but my previously unusable computer can now be used again - Whoohoo!

Good product. has some good adapters. the best buy house brand did not work for my lenovo T420 but this model did.

I needed a frayed adapter in the worst way.customer service was very helpful.Even when when we had a mix up about me picking up the product at the store instead of being mailed to my home the problem was solved quickly. I am also happy that adapter included nine additional for a future computer purchase.

It's right here at Best Buy!!! Great product. It has multiple bits so you can use it for other electronics.

Bought this when my OEM charger died. Works great to charge my laptop. I haven't seen any issues yet (after 6 months of using it.) I like that it comes with different connector heads so you can use it with different models of laptops. I can let a friend borrow it if their laptop dies too.

Good product wanted it for the wifi but have not figure out how to connect it, but my fault.
