I bought this power supply as I had left my original at a job site. Works very well. I like the fact that it has multiple adapters for many different models.

I like that this charger has many different "heads" because if you have 2 different laptops at home you can change the charger head to fit that certain laptop! It's great!

I purchased this product for a family member visiting. They forgot their charger at home. This charges fast and works just like the charger that came with the computer.

The voltage is OK for most laptops. Has different adapters for each brand so you can lend it to someone else who needs it and has another brand

The cord thata came with the computer broke where it plugged into the computer. This one is sturdier than the one that came with the computer.

I am on my third one of these and that is not a fault of the product. I have never had any issues with them at all. The first two i had came with the inline USB plug-in which always comes in handy. I wish I had picked up that model this time, was just in a hurry and grabbed the wrong one. The only draw back that i can find is that if you do loose one of the adaptor;s you have to buy an entire new unit, that is unless there is something out there that i am not aware of. Great Product.
