Good price. Like the lift it gives and the extra 4-port USB hub. Good cooling.

I bought this chill mat for my MacBook Pro. I've already had to replace my logic board once from overheating, and I don't want to go through that again. This mat keeps my computer a lot cooler that some of the other ones that I tried. I really like how you can change the angles to allow for better air flow, and the additional USB ports.

Works as advertised Fan is a little noisy, but really keeps computer cool. Glad I bought it. Great that it has extra USB ports on it.

My Targus Chill Mat Cooling System is the only thing that's keeping my Alienware 16"Aurora 240Hz Gaming Laptop from overeating more. My computer can't perform without its cooling ability! Also, the 4 USB ports are handy since my laptop only has 2 of them!!

Fans are a bit loud. I don’t notice much of a difference between using this product simply as a laptop stand verse having it plugged in with the fans running. I did not notice much temperature drop. This is a game changer if you would like to set the computer on ur lap to game. It allows air flow keeping the system cool. But again. I did not notice much of a difference with the “cooling tray fans” running vs no fans.

I Really like this product. Laptops naturally heats up and burns surfaces like tables. Bed sheets. Or even on your lap. Really keeps the Laptop cool. Also i really liked that you can connect your mouse to the fan and still use it for the laptop

Cools adequately. I wish the " bottom ledge" that positions the laptop was a little higher; the laptop slides off sometimes esp when on higher angle.

The product works as intended. Helps cool my 16in ASUS tuf gaming laptop and raise it off the desk. The extra ports are nice to have. It does feel cheaply made since it’s mostly plastic. The mech that raises and lowers it is finicky and I worry about breaking it. For a $80 product I wouldn’t expect that. Otherwise a decent option.

easy to set up and easy to use. The laptop I have seems to always heat up and the fan run continuously. This chill mat kicks on the fan and I can actually feel it flowing out the back.

It really helps my laptop to cool down and it doesn't make that much noises.

It's 2 small, low flow fans. They function, but there's very very very little airflow. It doesn't reduce my temps at all, but it does add a few USB ports, and provides a surface that I can pack in my bag.

I like this item because I have a laptop that gets very hot. This mat is lightweight and easy to use and helps keep my laptop cool (especially while I am using it on my lap).

Recently purchased a new laptop aimed at gaming. Soooo, lots of heat.... This not only solved all my cooling issues but the adjustability and the USB expansion has made my laptop on a desk into a full workstation that Can game, work and maintain all my devices

The chill mat works great but when it first starts up it can be very loud and can take some time for the fan to reach speed and become quiet again. If you leave it plugged in it isn't an issue though. The extra usb ports on the back are nice too. It means you can almost use it like a docking station.

Works well. Laptop was overheating when processing demanding graphics. This unobtrusive system solved the problem immediately. Also, very quiet.

Good cooler on sale it is a great value, reasonable sturdy.
