It is good enough to cover and protect your laptop if you are packing it to take on a trip. However if you carry your laptop with you on a regular basis you will probably want to go with a carrying case with a strap rather than the sleeve.

Pretty great sleeve

It is hard to find a sleeve for a 17.3" laptop so when i saw this one at this price i immediately got it. It keeps my laptop safe getting scratches in my backpack. some of these reviews are complaining about no pockets but seriously you need some sort of backpack to carry your laptop in so why not throw your stuff in the backpack or get a laptop bag.

This works well and fits the laptop plus the mat.

It seems to be constructed well and streches just enough to easily get the laptop & mat inside. The cover is softsided on both sides so ther is little protection for the laptop.

The material kind of sticks to the bag making it hard to put in the bag. Handles would be a great addition, especially if that is all you need.
