needed a good laptop lock for work. Works as needed.

Purchased this for my daughter for her laptop to use at college. Works very well.

This is a very minimalist laptop lock -- it'll definitely deter any opportunist thieves, but I can't imagine it would be very hard to cut through. It's plenty easy to setup, so that's always a plus!

I own 2. I bought them one at a time with other merchandise. I'm considering at least one more for locking my Laptop up in various routinely visited spots. I just wish the cable was 4 times the diameter, so it would be harder to cut with simple Wire Cutters. I own Bolt Cutters, Buzz Saw, and would like to buy a Grinder. I know other people own such tools also. I am honest. Are they?

This gives great peace when at conferences with large crowds. Especially for bathroom breaks.

Cable and lock works great, however the cable is not that thick. Perfect for a classroom setup or a library. But shouldn't be left unattended for long periods of time as the wire looks like it can be cut with medium duty pliers! Just use caution

easy to pack in computer bag. numbers are easy to use. Better then the key type to keep up with. Easy to attach to your computer and feel safe when traveling/leaving a hotel room.

I was looking specifically for a cable lock for my HP laptop computer. I found the Targus cable security lock at Best Buy and it was very reasonably priced. It's a little loose in the combination dial but it works well enough and serves its purpose in securing my laptop to the desk in a dorm room.

My device is secured when I’m out in the public using it. Nice!!!!

Tough strong lock so you don't have to worry about someone stealing your laptop

This laptop lock was easy to set the combo, and set in place. BestBuy even offered to price match, once I stated I saw one cheaper on Amazon. I saved a few dollars and my laptop is protected with this great cable. Well worth the buy.

A good choice to lock laptops, projectors, or other mobile devices to a desk or cart. Coiling of cable makes for a clean install look, but can be limiting on distance.
