Works great for laptop use. This is our second purchase as the first one just quit working after 4 years of college and lots of computer usage. Very quiet and compact, fits under laptop perfectly.

I was very disappointed when I got this cooling mat! The cooling mat has a paper wrap around the middle with the name and description of product etc. But mine was obviously torn off at some point, by someone, and then it had been taped together again by "Best Buy Inspection" tape! The tape literally says, Best Buy Inspected. WTF?!?! I did not pay over $30 in all for a returned product! On top of that, the dual fans suck! They are not powerful at all and within five minutes my computer was over heating and the heat was even transferring to the mat. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! I don't know if this product is just bad or I got a returned one because it never worked in the first place, but the taped packaging was a shock to receive, the fact that the fans have very little power and do not cool, and the fact that it is too small for my 17" computer length and width wise, means that this product is getting returned tomorrow!

I like the shape and the dual fans. Lately when I first start my laptop, the fans roar. If I wait to plug it in after my laptop is running a few minutes it does not. The "roar" began 3 weeks after I purchased. All in all it works and does what it is supposed to do.

This is exactly what I was looking for to keep my laptop cool. It is easy to use and works for a laptop desk also. It has rubber bumpers that hold the laptop in place.

Works well. Keeps the laptop cool without any fuss.

I like it is quiet, low price, not too bulky. In general it serves the purpose in cooling off my laptop. Thank you! Maybe of you can make it slimer it would be perfect!

Had a USB attached so you just put it in the computer and can take it anywhere. Doesn't make any noise but cools down your laptop so it doesn't overheat.

I bought this Fan chill mat for an easy, cooling for my macbook. It's easy to hook up, and the mat is something simple to have when you are using your laptop for a long period of time.

My computer stays cool and so does my lap when working away from my desk. The chill pad is lite and quiet. Glad I purchased this item.

This was my second choice for cooling fan (my first choice was less expensive but did not fit the area needed) but works great. No complaints. Keeps laptop cool and makes no sound.

I am using this with Mac pro and I will rarely use the fan whenever mac is hot. Without fan itself it prevents the heat from reaching your lap. It is light weight.

its easy to use ,just plug it in to your laptop, no sliding off the laptop stays put on.the fans are great for cooling.light weight

Great size, good portability. It fits perfectly in the front punch of my computer bag. Its hard to tell if it is working, computer still gets a little warm, but now bad.

The chill mat is lightweight and comfortable in my lap. It usually keeps the computer nice and cool, but sometimes the computer still gets warm and the fan can be annoying.

Overall, it runs pretty well and fits nicely on top of my 14 inch ASUS Laptop. However, just note that it only works if you have USB ports on the left side on your laptop. I only have USB ports on the right side on my laptop and therefore I have to use it upside down.

i love this chill mat its cushioned and very sturdy and best of all i paid only a fraction of what it cost now the fans work well and its super easy to setup just plug in the usb port and you're good to go!
