I needed a small but sturdy travel tripod and this one fits that description. Also, the fact that it wraps around a variety of items is an added bonus.

I wouldn't put anythign too heavy on it, but it's great for the goPro fusion we used it on and anything smaller. really any action cam.

The tripod is a great travel size. It takes a little work to get it into prime position...occasionally, one of the legs seems to not grip well and will eventually slide...causing the need to set it up all again. It works in a pinch, but if the joints were a little more rigid, it could be a 5 star product.

I bought this exclusively to use with my GoPro Hero 4 Session. It worked fantastically. I just wish it was easier to flex the legs, they can feel stiff and on the verge of breaking. Once you get past that, the tripod is fantastic.

I have been debating whether to buy one of these tripods for months. I'm so glad I made the purchase! This tripod is amazing! It's extremely sturdy, enough to support my DSLR with zoom lens. I love having the flexibility of using it just about anywhere you can think to using it. If you're thinking of buying a flexible camera tripod, I highly recommend the Taurus Grypton Pro XL.

This stand is what i got for the price. Will not hold my camera up barely on its own and it is within the weight range for the product. It definitely will not hold the camera up with the mic attached to it. Will not recommend.

I absolutely love this tripod! It has come in handy for both my Sony and GoPro cameras! My only complaint is how short it is. It isn't too detrimental to the various uses it can provide, but I do wish it had extendable arms.

I needed one of those and I bought it it’s really cool it’s the smaller on so if it’s a bigger dslr you need the next size up but it can still work

Great portable trips. Using it for my GO Pro 6 and it works awesome.

Once opened, very simple to use and enabled us to take some great pictures of humming birds, up really close, as the season kicked-off for them.
