I like the fact that it has interchangeable ends for different brands of laptops. Also, it has a phone charger extension that can be used while your laptop is being charged.

Doesn't Work for Dell

I would like to say that it looks nice, is easy to use, but does NOT charge my Dell Laptop. Annoying when it says that it works with Dell. Now I will have to wait on the Best Buy customer service line for an hour.

Wouldn't charge cell phone

Unlike the previous version of the Targus slimline dual charger, this unit would not charge our cell phones. Unfortunately I had to return the product since it would only run the laptop. Also quite a bit more bulky than the slimline charger I still use.

Dell Users Beware!

Although this unit comes with the proper adapter to connect the charger to my Dell Latitude D800 Laptop, it does NOT charge the battery. When first plugged in to the computer and turning the machine on, an error message was displayed that read "Unrecognized Charger. Enter setup." and I was immediated sent into my BIOS setup. I could not get the charger to be seen by the computer. Looking up my charger on the Targus website's troubleshooting section I read that Dell uses proprietary technology that only Dell Certified chargers contain. This unit will run the computer on AC but will not charge the battery. In other words, Dell users will get ripped off buying this charger.

Cannot charge Blackberry with the unit. It plugs it just will not charge. I bought to save on buying a second travel charger. Disappointed. Best Buy store was little to no help. Maybe if I can talk with someone from the manufacturer I will adjust my ratings

Adapter kept falling out

Had to take this charger set-up back because the adapter that came with it to fit into my wife's Toshiba Laptop kept falling out of the laptop socket. Maybe other people have better luck with their adapters as long as it's not the Toshiba one.
