    I had trouble getting it to work but it may have been operator error. Not sure. I ended up returning the computer I bought it for so I brought this back too.

    For a dual monitor port, you would think there would be 2 hdmi ports or 2 vga ports... not enough ports!!

    Be careful to make sure you get the right one for your laptop and that t has all the connections you want/need on it. It took me a few tries, but this is the one I needed.
