The product and service have always been exceptional both the item I purchased and the associate who assisted me. They answered every question I had and if I were to not be satisfied with the product, I was to return it and they would correct the issue!

Nearly Perfect

This one fits the bill mostly and has four different horizontal positions for supporting the iPad. I also like that you can keep the iPad in the case for vertical use. There is only one problem for me. The up and down volume control buttons are difficult to operate with this case on, which makes it difficult to turn the iPad off while holding down the on button simultaneously.
