    I bought this TV for my uncle that's 78 years old he has the hardest time working it he is used to having their numbers on the remote control

    Its a solid tv. This is our 3rd roku tv. We really like the roku interface. I think its much faster and easier to use then other interfaces.

    The first month we owned this TV it was amazing. No issues at all with it. We have another TCL Roku TV and love it so we thought this would be a solid product. On to month 2 and it won’t let us watch anything on any app. Every single app kicks us out in less than 5 minutes repeatedly. We have checked for updates and internet connection problems and none of these things are the problem. It’s entirely frustrating to have a new TV that won’t work. After looking this problem up, it seems to be a pretty common one.
